I was having great gains but in the month of May this year got bad episode of Covid and it still is pulling me back but thanks Chris for regular updates which helped allot to keep me motivated 🙏
There are a TON of "do this once a week for a strong core" and seams there's like 30 different ones a day on firefox's pocket and here. lol This guy is the most realistic. What i learned about strength training in Systema probably $7k worth of classes mostly concentrated on the exercises for 3 months. Chris here, plays to the beat to everything i was taught, and adds more, lots more technique. It's very appreciated. Everything he has said so far has been right with everything i was taught, and adds new stuff all the time. Hard to keep up with this guy lol xD Chris i hope feels very accomplished. And he's free xD very nice, thanks for everything so far this has been great. Either you're incredibly fit, or the exercise is too short or you do it wrong. You should feed some kind of sweat and out of breath for every round you do. Look at your form or sth, man. You might do it wrong, who knows.
Thanks Chris😎 this micro leg workout is another magic workout created by this gamechanger😉 Don't know if you created it for Connor McGregor and his tibia fracture or if you read my "lifestory" in the comments last year, pilon-tibia fracture out of a parcour tricking accident while working cause I proofed everyday my agility 😉had done 20 crowstand to handstand eg and other acrobatics out of capoeira and breakdance, as well as agility of Ninjutsu/JKD/ Kali/ WCS and fencing, but left it while a lot of training to hold my back balanced even no more spring joint after that accident. A dislocated shoulder, too, but nearly no problems anymore. A lot of health swimming either. Me still working in windenergy and facadecleaning as climber, some other jobs as well, nowadays treecare, in nature and interesting climbing but with bad weather too 🤠 and practicing a lot of your micro workouts, fit circuits together, with mine as well, to get no disbalance, first results can be seen and I regain slowly core strength for handstand exercises again, slowly but stable, nearly various perfectform push ups, cause of hard and burning out work I can train only 1h morning routine each working day.
