@@brunoszerman well, I believe this is a circuit workout. You have to do all the ten exercises one after another, with 15 seconds of rest. After the full circuit you rest one or two minutes and do all exercises again.
I could do the whole thing first try, but was already in relatively good shape. However, was very sore for several days afterwards. Just keep at it, be consistent and you will progress!
I started the same way. Up to 2 sets + some squats. Just did squats after the first set till I couldn't for a couple of sessions. Eventually you'll get more sets in :)

@@nigellim7388 nah bro calisthenics exercise for legs are pretty easy and don't give enough stimulus to grow your legs after a certain point, thats why even calisthenics only athletes suggest to do weighted exercises when i comes to your lower body
Hey guys ! I’m 63 yrs. young man and came across your site . Been training in karate kickboxing and gymnastics since I was 5 yrs. Been using weights for around 35yrs. Was impressed with Cris’s abilities which caught my attention . But what made me choose to leave a comment is the order of the routine ! Like why not the jumping jacks first to prepare & warmup for the more complex compound plyometric movements later to come in the routine ? Why no flexibility exercises to prepare the muscle and joints for some of these high impact movements to come ? Why no cool down to exit the routine in a calm and complete fashion ? Just food for thought . Keep up the good work ! Take care
@@pranjalpandey1180 if you are doing this as a part of your workout, like arms Monday, legs Wednesday, and abs Thursday. If your doing that do it once a week and do a full body workout Saturday. If you are focusing only on legs I would go hard for the workouts and wait 2-3 since that is the normal time for recovery. Sorry it took me a day to answer I didn't realize you responded.

@@pranjalpandey1180 imo you're going too hard, if your doing that yes you will get stronger and stuff but if you workout everyday your aren't giving your muscles enough time to regenerate, you might end up hurting yourself or actually stop progressing. Also if you are working out everyday it will get your muscles stamina up, but that's about it ofc you will also be gaining muscle.

That last scene with Chris in the end of the video was insane. Taking a few minute break now and then ending my morning workout with the fourth set of this bodyweight leg workout.
It's my goal to get a stronger fitter body by using bodywieght excercise only and no equipment as such, apart from house hold items like chairs and also using a doorframe pull up bar, this is my gym. After doing this workout, my thighs felt it. Last round got tough, but pleased I managed it. I think my legs are something I tend to forget about, but am determined to get them in shape with the rest of me. I Will be using this routine again and again and hopefully my legs will see the benefit. Great work officalthenx. 👍

Guys it took me about a year but I finally did it😢😢 I did this workout 3TIMES WITH A 2 minute rest period I ACTUALLY DID IT!!! IM UNSTOPPPABLE!!!!!! Thank you OFFTHEX I WILL NOW CONQUER RUSSIA 🇷🇺!!!!

@@xlegendgamerpro well honestly it varies people to people u should test it on ur own what suits u.for me I do it like 4times a week 4 sets and truly it's really effective for me
