I made the softest garlic bread today! Instead of parsley, I made it with spring onions and it tastes amazing! They’re soft and fluffy and they smell heavenly while baking and taste so good straight out of the oven.
Ingredients:
Bread flour: 250G
Sugar: 35G
Milk: 110G
Salt: 2G
Egg: 1
Yeast: 3G
Butter: 25G
Garlic butter
Butter: 30G
Garlic: 15G
Salt: 1G
Spring onion: 5G

高筋面粉：250克
