You can adjust the amount of water/milk according to your flour. Most bread dough should not be very wet/sticky. Also control the temperature of the dough, colder dough will be not so sticky.

maybe you can decrease some yeast. but I don't know what the exact amount of yeast and you have do some experiments.

放冰箱冷藏是为了控制面团搅打好后的温度,你可以根据实际情况来调整。

如果有发酵箱,基础发酵温度用26°C,最终发酵温度用30-35°C。
没有发酵箱,可以在烤箱里发一杯热水。把烤箱里的灯打开15分钟后关掉。这样面团发酵会比较快。
这款面包制作时可以用低糖酵母。

啊呀!我的毛线纹路烤完后没有了!是哪里不对了? 苦笑
和面时面团不能太软。造型的时候要切透面团,卷的时候不能卷得太紧。醒发的时候不要湿度太高。
