Im so glad i found and watched this vid. Literally when i decided its time to farm the wyrmcrystals, none of the dragons appeared in ANY spots. Back when i was too underpowered to fight them, they were everywhere and i only killed three prior. Theyre showing up finally after killing a fourth and rested seven days.

Strangely, my drake spawn at the volcanic island near all the lava has turned into a golem spawn...
Misleading title: this must be done prior to endgame in order to have enough crystals, but honestly isn't worth it since you can farm way more crystals quickly in endgame. This is just if you want some exp, the pawn badge, and early crystals. Not great for farming into endgame.
I disagree, even if you do endgame perfect so you are no longer on a timer, you cannot easily respawn the drakes to continue farming them. Since there is not enough dragons to farm in order to buy every item, let alone upgrade them all. Farming a decent amount before going into endgame is the best way to guarantee you can buy as many wpns and armor sets you want in one run.
@@premier48and you can only rest a couple of times and then it won’t let you rest.
Err, wut? I’ve not run out of ways to rest and the most has stopped. Also, I went into endgame with maybe 150 crystals. Endgame has given me 500+ so far and most come from the beacons. I ran out of things to buy after gearing myself and pawn, even buying a few things I didn’t need. I guess if you need to buy it all then. . .I’d just play the game a few times and have fun.
@@JodouTR I kept resting trying to respawn the enemies and at one point it told me I couldn’t rest anymore.

I dont know why people dont mention this location more often. In bakbattahal region, way in the west. There is a waterfall left of the darkbeast den.
This dragon doesnt run and is pretty consistent. More importantly, you get to get several endgame farm done at the same time.
The darkbeast den spawns the boltscale lizards which aside from the cave near the arbor is the only place these guys show up.
You need a lot of boltscales for armor upgrades later. Along with fell lord bone, cursed dullahan bone, and other special monster drops like black freakish mane from gorechimeras
This spawn location is also your earliest chance to encounter succubus, which drops siphion wings for upgrading as well
A tip id add to this is make sure u keep at least one of all of those special upgrade materials. The forger in checkpoint rest town can duplicate it and its a legit piece that adds to the actual black freakish mane or any of the others u need. Cost me 7k to forge the black freakish mane but u can always do the fruit ripening exploit for more gold.
I cant access the volcanics Islands at the moment so for me the dragonsbreath dragon is the best one, first I can kill him and head down and kill medusa and take her head, he tends to spawn very quickly as well, 4-5 days tops and for some reason he seems to give me 20-30 crystals per kill. He will fly away though so you want to cling on to him to avoid this. Also, I dont think the flying away is a DPS check, I have had dragons fly away within 15-30 seconds of the fight and with only 1-2 bars left. Same as with griffins. Good video, I also do the harve route often
You can go to the Volcano Island whenever you want just find Drabnir's Grotto, it's the road South East of Wyrmsblood that leads to the coastline you can follow the road from Battahl Rope Station Four heading south and east till you get to the end of the road where there's a cave
@@sanguinetales sorry, I should have specified why, you can't once you give godsbane to Ambrousious. Even though nothing seem to happen you will trigger the Gigantus scene as soon as you get anywhere close to the volcanic islands, regardless whether you go via the bridge (north of the volcanic Island and intended path) or south via the cave system, as soon as you get close to the volcanic Island the Gigantus scene will trigger and he will start walking towards the town.
If you are desperate to get there you can probably trigger the Gigantus scene (using the intended route) and kill it, just dont progress the quest further, but I can't confirm if any other quest will become unavailable once you do this.

It does. I was thinking the volcano camp with the hot springs has a seat. But to spawn one dragon and pressing doze off 28 times to equal 7 days.. logically that saves u money from using ferrystones but thats too boring haha
How many crystals did you get per kill just curious if this is faster then duping with two characters
Does the dupe still work?
So just a note, you can attack their wings until tears appear on both their wings, and they can no longer fly away after that
Also, both dragons on volcanic island can both be there at the same time. I farm those guys regularly after checking around the other spawns
He didn’t come back because he’s at a different spot on the map and until you kill him there he won’t have a chance to respawn at EB. Each dragon has several possible spawn locations. It is random which one it spawns at after 7 days on out a few different possible locations 😊

Magic archer is the best for this put a port crystal at the third location one shot it tele to your house sleep for 8 days tele back one shot rinse and repeat
You can only get some materials in endgame, genius😤😤
