I've noticed that when u make a Korean dish for the first time, you've pretty much changed your palette! Everything I cook now has a Korean flair to it. Soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, fish sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic rice wine vinegar, green onions, scallions.... I could go on & on of what's in my kitchen now. It's healthier, & makes you feel good. It's also cheaper to shop. I even made my own kimchi which has now become a staple in my household.
I LOVE how CLEAN of a cook you are. So many "cooks" don't bother to wash their meats and vegetables anymore. They say the "heat" will kill the germs. I think that's just being LAZY. I enjoy your channel so very much. Your recipes and your personality are delightful. Keep doing what you're doing!!
I tried korean pear once before, my dad bought it for me when he visited Seoul. And it was like DAMN SO GOOD 😭😭😭😭😭 it's so very big, juicy, sweet and i feel like i became healthier after ate that lol but no joke, it's really nice 🤤🤤
