I think the sound from TBR is way better than bassani. Its also way more rugged. I don't mean this to be a comparison and hate on bassani. BUT the bassani I had before TBR was super heavy, clunky and the bracket kept braking and is why I bought a TBR. The TBR is incredibly light and the components are solid, I think it will stand the test of time, and after almost 4k miles on TBR so far, its a solid system.
I have one on my Fatbob 107. I inherited the whole bike from my late brother so didn't really know the history of it. It looks great, way better than stock. But I agree, it's just too loud. Especially for the early commute to work or long rides.
Take this video down, I don't want people knowing about this exhaust until after I get one. Got to keep the cost low! It sounds great and with the right cam set up the HP gains are spot on. It is ridiculously loud, but that's why I like it, I want to turn heads and make other people think, "maybe I should get a Harley". LOL probably not what they'll think but maybe they'll hear me coming, look for me in their mirrors and maybe, just maybe cars will stop merging into the lane I'm in like I'm not even there.
I have a two brothers on a 2020 fat bob 114 I love it my only complaint is the throttle decel blaaaah I feel like it’s a little much compared to a lot of other exhausts
I have a 20 Low Rider S with a TBR straight end I have 20000KM / 12000mi approx & Ive had no issues so far Yes its a loud pipe when you crack on it but steady hwy speed I find its not that bad for myself & I wear a half helmet might change that this year for something a little bit quieter Im 68 in May my body & hearing is not what it used to be LOL Anyway good video enjoyed Be safe out there
Have a '23 LRS with TBR Turnout. Has an excellent sound, black ceramic has been durable and for 1/2 as much as some and is available now, not 12 month wait, I'm very happy. All the systems are way overpriced, especially when I had a full stainless system put on my 2500 Ram 4x4 for $850. They see us coming.
I agree far too high pitch and raspy but thats always subjective Also heard of people losing the baffle and end cap, id rather spend an extra few hundred on something of higher quality with a deeper throaty note
I have a Thunderheader and I have the TBR comp s.... the thunderheader is louder than the TBR both at idle and cruising.... I can barely hear the TBR unless I grab the throttle to pass or speed up. They no longer have a problem with the cap coming off... just needed to use loctite on the screws, no biggie. Last, the TBR is one of the deeper sounding two into ones out there.... if you like the thunderheader sound then you will like the comp s. I should say mine is NOT the turnout design.
Anything bolted to the engine and not approved by Harley will void your warranty on the engine/powertrain. I put V&H Short Shots on my 19 Slim but still have my warranty because the dealer that services my bike doesn't say anything to HD about it. What will absolutely void your engines warranty is a dealer plugging your bike into the computer while it has an aftermarket tune on it. That's because the computer automatically flags it and stores that in their database. I just tell my dealer to not plug it in and if for some reason they need to I flash the tune to stock.
I have not heard of anyone having to repack one of these.... its a spiral core baffle, not much packing in there.... they don't even sell repacking material for this pipe... only for their other models of sportbike exhausts.... do you have one of these pipes?

What pipe would you recommend for this bike , lets say lower tone , louder
Cobra neighbor hater slip ons loud use to have them bit went with sawicki 2 into 1
Remember this loud pipes saves lives sawicki is alot louder an deeper tone an you get like 7 more hp out of it then this tbr one
