Hey all, be sure to checkout the Stage 2 comparison after this one! - th-cam.com/video/rMpIamdq0hY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=3lJ_18p92Z6tkoyb
This video took us weeks to film, and put Justin's bike through a lot! If you enjoyed it, please consider subscribing, sharing, liking and all that jazz! Also be sure to go give Justin @IronJMoto and Chris @SickWideGlide a follow!
I searched everywhere for this exact topic yesterday. Appreciate it.
How come no Bassani ?
Blockhead got a question....
Do you reuse the exhaust gaskets? & Also would be a great video on how you guys at Blockhead remove & install exhaust gaskets CORRECTLY & the importance of a SIMPLE EXHAUST GASKET.... hope this becomes a video 💪
May all your days be Harley days🖤🧡🖤
Safe travels 🙏♥️🐾🐾🇦🇺

@tex9280 I use a metal mechanic pick and kept shopvac sucking to ensure nothing went down in motor when i got mine out. Always always put new in when you pull exhaust off.
@@palmettolowlife1996I'd like to see that also. I have the road rage on my heritage 114 with k&n intake. Had it tuned and produced 92.69hp and 121.56 lb ft of torque
This has got to be the best exhaust comparison video to ever exist. Nobody has ever gone to this extent. Well fucking done.
Hats off to Iron J Moto for letting Chris put the beating on his ride in the name of science! Ol sick wide glide putting the work in. Great video guys!
Teamwork 🫡
I agree Justin letting his bike go through this is crazy. Thanks for your sacrifice Justin. Chris is the coolest as always
That honeycomb baffle on the Stealth is pretty sick looking. Props to the crew for putting all this together.
Appreciate you bringing back the education based content. The rides and destination vlogs get lack luster without the build content in between. Just seems like it's been awhile... but the wrenching is probably what we're all here to see. Thank you bunches.
Great video. The only other two popular pipes would be Bassani and Thunder Header.
Love this episode! I watched the earlier videos but having these all together in one place is fantastic. Thanks Chris!
Appreciate this comparison on a stock 107 M8. Very helpful. Looking forward to the stage 2 test.
Adding decibel ratings would have made this definitive Muffler video
I'm the owner of the 2022 FXLRST Stg 2 and you are my favorite channel. Great content and a big thanks to Master Mechanic Chris for the hard work you do.
Wow! Awesome video! I've watched a shit load of exhaust videos, but Chris your video was by far the most helpful. I've been trying to narrow down what full exhaust system I want. Thanks for the help. (I've watched the video twice and will probably watch it a third time.)
Awesome video guys!!! Congrats on your numbers with the Blockhead pipe!!! Can't wait for the re-release!!!
Great stuff. Again I feel the same from your last comparison video that I'm glad I went with the TBR and saved a lot of money without sacrificing performance. Thanks again guys for all your hard work.
I love these type video's.......very very informative! Thank you Chris and Justin!
Glad you made this video! Great to see your family and learn how many of them ride! Ride safe and hopefully we’ll meet on the road some day!!
Thank you fellas for the exhaust comparison! And for the hard work! Looking forward to the next video with the stage 2 🎉😊
Awesome work guys. And congrats on the numbers. Will definitely give this a share, great to see so many different pipes with the numbers and sounds. 👌🏾. 10/10 guys.
This is awesome! I bought a stealth for my dyna and waiting on it to get in and love hearing the different mufflers! Keep this up!
This was fantastic thank you guys I can’t wait to see it with the cam
The way you guys put in the work to make great videos is outstanding , I can not wait to see what a 475 cam does to that bike and what the numbers look like. 🤙🏻
Y’all are true hero’s for putting the work in on this video. This is what people needed. I personally ran TBR for a long time, mostly because it’s what I could afford starting out, it made decent numbers! 🤙
Great Video as always. I'm a bigger fan now knowing Chris is an Alkaline Trio fan.
Not gonna lie.. I just went from the S&S to the Sawicki. And I wish I would've waited on your pipe. Not just bc you edged out in the #'s leaderboard, but bc it absolutely sounded the best to me!! Well done gentlemen! 👏 👏
Talking notes for when I start putting mine together!! You guys are awesome and will continue watching!!
Thank you!!!! Now my decision for exhaust is much easier. Great video thanks for all the hard and HOT work.
I would have loved to see a fab28 pipe thrown in the mix, but you can only test what you have. Thanks for going through all of the hard work to make this for us.
👊🏻
Another awesome video as always guys. You are top notch on my go to info. I have a 114 with a 475 cam so looking forwards to this !
Awesome job Chris! I like where you are going with this!
If you ranked them in loudness and talked about that in a video you would get a million views - much love
yeah. so hard to find that
Thanks for this video nothing out there putting in work and comparisons like this, obviously something any m8 owners interested in, champions!
Awesome video guys. So much useful information here !
I gotta say, this was super awesome to watch! I greatly enjoyed seeing a lot of the science behind it and hearing Chris's detailed information and knowledge! And props to good ol IronJMoto for letting his bike be the guiney pig for this video!
I thought I had recognized that bike! Was able to ride next to it a little bit on the Sunday of Biketober Fest last year. Archie from Ruroc was riding it, if I remember correctly.
Great job!!!! Thank you for all your hard work to bring us such great information. That was a job very well done. Thank you all, you guys rock!!!
Thank you, we appreciate you watching!
So glad you showed the SPC, I have the cut back and I love it! Good to see it pull some numbers 👌
Thanks for all the informative content
Outstanding results for a new pipe. Congrats you guy's.
Congratulations on your exhaust it's pretty awesome
that was an incredible amount of work to do all that. that was terrific. very cool. super content. good job guys.
Really enjoyed that. You guys have made a great exhaust system. The D&D Low Cat upturn or Bob Cat was always my favorite. I may have to reconsider now Mr Blockhead.
Lot's of time to do this! Appreciate you guys!
You guys are nuts, only in America!!! Absolutely awesome, great job, thank you!!!
Thank you all for doing this video. Great job everyone.
Wow thanks for this video! It saved me so much ! And research, something about Chris’s beard makes him seem trustworthy
Major Kudo's to Chris to do this for all of us. Got a 2018 107 Sport Glide, and this is very useful information in making a decision. I like torque, down low, since I rarely even get to 4000 rpm.
Great videos guys. Just picked up a ‘22 Street bob 114. All those sound great. 😎🤙
Awesome content fellas. Can wait for the stage 2 shoutout with the 475 going to be killer
Great video. I've just started working for a HD dealer in Australia and get asked about exhausts every day
That was epic. Thanks a ton for putting that together!
Yup like I said. I was waiting for the perfect exhaust, price looks performance and you guys made the best one hell yah can’t wait to order one !!!!
You guys do an amazing job. Love your work.
Okay. I want one of your exhausts now. Thats very impressive! Cant wait for the re-release.
Excellent video, very informative. Honestly if I hadn’t just put the D&D Fatcat on my bike and waited forever to get it I would totally go with that Blockhead exhaust. Love the look, love the sound. Maybe in the future when I do my 128 build
Awesome job with the Blockhead pipe guys. That’s a pretty big achievement.
thank you guys!
W chris video. extra points for the alk3 shirt. thanks for this one yall!
👊🏻
Thx for the video.
I have a 2021 fxbbs putting a woods 22xe or 22xd cam I have v&h long shots but I think will end up with another D&D
Thx again for the comparison
Love the content …keep up the great work …loving it
Great job Chris 👍
Can you guys tell us about the Bassani road rage 2 in 1 exhaust?
Keep your good job on this channel 🤙
We’ll try to have one for the Stage 2 testing! 👍🏼
Fab28 if possible pls
Great video, great info. D&D is also my favorite.
Great Video guys. I'm running a 131 setup on my Lowrider S with similar dyno numbers to Goldzilla, Different cam, tuner, and air intake and a Bassani RR3. Im keen to see how the Bassani compares when you do the stage 2. Your new exhaust looks sick and sounds mint!
I love any video with Chris getting nerdy. Dude good at what he does. Love the blockhead fam!
Cant wait to see the stage 2 tests. Those numbers matter the most
Dope content jus subscribed sendin love from the bay 🤟🏽
I’m with you on the d&d pipe. It’s my favorite too. I just bought an 05 road king that I plan on changing from true duals to the fat cat
Love the performance clips. Super insightful.
I agree with rude what you got. I love my Trask 2-1. Looks sounds and performs great
Master tech Chris , you tha man excellent video and explained well , Blockhead crew rock. 👍👍👍👍🇦🇺
Finally get to see some numbers on the Stealth pipe.
All of you guys are bad ass. Chris is the man. Master Tech 100. Great content.
if you run more pipes in the future you should include a thunderheader. love or hate for a lot of ppl, but a lot of performance shops use them like moonshine hd, but never seen actual numbers compared to the current pipes being pushed all over social media like hpi etc
Kool comparison test.. congrats on ya own pipe pulling great results...
What's the choice of pipe for a hot motored Dyna, in your opinion ?
Good work fellas 👏
Let’s get a fab28 pipe on there. I want to see how that stacks up! Great video!
Ah yes…Someday…not today, but someday for sure
Excellent stuff... I will be getting my bike dyno tuned here when the cam is installed next month
I've been running a gen1 sawicki for shit...a long time.... was the first batch that Tyler put out.... I'm still extremely satisfied with this pipe....
Good job team its appreciated. Its hot here in Australia as well.
Now this is the good stuff we all love to see! I'm currently in search of a performance exhaust for my 19' iron 1200, so i can only hope and pray when you re-release, there will be a Blockhead exhaust for the sportsters too! 🤙
Thanks for your work, very interesting
Really like this Comparison of 2 into 1 exhausts.... I have a stage 1 on my 2021 lowrider S with an HPI hi-flow filter, and an SPC Concepts 4.5 Big bore 2 into 1 exhaust..... and I Love it!!! That throaty exhaust note that it puts out is awesome!!! and no raspiness to the tone... all those systems you tested are amazing.... But I from experience would recommend the potential shopper looking for there next exhaust set up, The SPC Concepts 4.5 Big Bore 2 into 1 is an awesome option to possibly consider.... I like mine... as well as I am in Canada.... and there customer service to me was top notch! 👍
Damn this video was PERFECT for what I needed and then to find out you guys are in Orlando that was the cherry on top! I’m in Tampa 🙏🏼💪🏼
Congrats gents on the exhaust, those are some awesome numbers. If didn’t get a Fuel Moto contender exhaust earlier this year I would have purchased the Blockhead exhaust when’s it’s released (BTW love the look of current version). Speaking of Fuel Moto exhaust, curious how it would stack up in the shootout. Keep up the great work and wish you guys continued success.
Totally enjoyed great concept.
Looking forward to the video post stage 2
I have the Sawicki Mid Length 2-1 w/no cat I bought based on your exhaust shoot out videos. They offer a pretty sweet discount for vets and first responders, just an FYI. I've had it for about 2 months now. Waiting for you guys to drop your system, hopefully with the removable end cap with serviceable baffle.
I'm actually looking at purchasing the stealth turnout so seeing this video has been a huge help. P.S: y'alls exhaust looks so clean and sounds great
Great effort guys best real testing , 475 be interesting
Would you guys please do a dyno run with the big bore from A1 Cycles & TBR'S big bore??? You're killing it and appreciate what you're doing for the motorcycle community.
Thanks guys!
Great work! I imagine It took lots of Time, once each replacement nerds tô cool down and warm up again... thanks for these science perspective !!
Great info. TBR sound killer
Congratulations on the performance of your exhaust that is an amazing thing to do when stacked up against these giants of competitors!
Love this comparison, great job guys. As a heads up, I believe that's the SPC Big Bore, not the Lane Splitter, as you can tell by the stepped section right after the merge collector. BTW, love the Blockhead exhaust in its current configuration. Extremely interested in what the charts look like with the cam.
Where’s Bassani roadrage 3?
Nice job a lot of work to do this !
That Stealth woth the reverse cone sounds great
I just started running the noon pipe last pull was 160 hp 155 torque I like it
on my m8 bagger.good video
You guys knocked it out of the park with this one. Chris worked his ass off!
On your Blockhead pipe, any chance you’ll make one for late model TC’s?
I’m with Chris D&D low cat sounds the best and aggressive thanks for the content and the block head exhaust sounds amazing has a tune to ears music love it ❤ much support for watt u do every one on the shop
I was never a fan of the cone style exhaust, but damn the coned exhausts sounded way better than I expected.
Thanks for the hard work. I'm going with a Star 30/30 and and D D or Sawicki exhaust, whichever ever is cheaper. Bike is a '22 Lowrider S.👍
