Stainless is the way to go, my bike was running too lean initially. But the result was great in the sense that the stainless developed a lot of color. Gold throughout and then blue/ purple hear the heads... a result of lean tune, but still gave it a lot of character. Now i have the proper map and this pipe sounds awesome! Very aggressive and light years better than the bassani I replaced with the TBR comp. Your neighbors will definitely not approve... unless they ride...
I have the two brothers on my 2015 street bob i sounds grate and you can feel the diffrence in the power from stock. Also looks grate and sounds amazing in person spits a little fire too.
I run the Comp S on my 2003 Dyna and while I do I like the exhaust it was very loud. So I installed the two brothers optional baffle which did bring it down some but I had to modify the baffle to get it down a little more. On the two brothers baffle there is a dime-sized hole opposite end of the outlet that I had to weld shut to bring the sound down just a little bit more. I think two brothers should offer more than one baffle option because the baffle they offer now doesn't bring down the sound level very much.
@@blackrain5150 I tried a few different combinations at my bike seems to be very happy with a 46 slow jet and a 190 main jet in combination with having the baffle in the TBR pipe end running a Screamin Eagle heavy breather air cleaner. My baffle is modified. I welded shut the dime-sized hole that comes in the front of the baffle.
Hi RevZilla, deciding between a bassani 2 into 1 or the TBR. wanting to know which is louder in sound and which has better performance for a low rider s 2017. thanks mate

@revzilla somebody on your website said they had issues with the installation. They also said after 1k of riding the brackets broke. Thinking of this pipe but not sure.
+JRodzTv We haven't experienced any issues with installation personally, and we really haven't seen many broken brackets. If you are concerned about warranties, Cobra's is the best with a lifetime limited warranty on their exhausts. However, Cobra doesn't make a 2-into-1 like the Two Brothers Comp-S. -DrewZilla

yeah bro I just added this to my DYNA yesterday. I have a Fuel moto 107 hop up and it sounds like the devil is in my motor trying to get out. Super easy install infact I did it live on FB in about 40 min total from removal to replacement. So without social media maybe 30 min. Like the sound of the Grenades Better they were just obnoxious. but TWB seems to have more power!!! love theses pipes Aloha Jon Can from Hawaii
I'm looking at these in stainless and considering wrapping from the collector up to the gasket. Will that give enough protection from heat or should I install the heat shields and then wrap over those?
+Keith Jacobe That's a bit subjective and difficult to put into words. Since you've heard the Two Brothers in this video, I recommend looking for some other TH-cam videos of a Thunderheader 2-into-1 on a Sportster or Big Twin. -DrewZilla
Depends on what motor you have most of the time, I think these sounds great on the twin cam 88 and it is more raspy than the thunder header both are pretty deep but at high rmp you can really hear the motor sing with the two brothers
Its confusing that you are showing two different versions of the Comp-S exhaust. The one in your mod series of videos is more of a straight shot, whereas the one in this video has a slight upsweep. Is there a signficant difference in clearance?
I see what you mean. It looks like Two Brothers made a slight change. There isn't a major difference in clearance. The straighter muffler is the current production version it seems. Our apologies for any confusion. -DrewZilla
These look and sound badass on my sand camo 883, but so much decel pop! Did you guys have this too? FP3 decel pop reduction seems pretty useless for it.
I haven't run autotune yet. I've only tried the decel pop reduction on the canned map for the V&H Competition Series 2-into-1 with a high flow a/c. Everything seems snug and leak free.
+JRodzTv You won't necessarily feel more heat. Both exhausts have heat shields, but honestly, you'll feel heat from both. I don't the Two Brothers will feel appreciably hotter than a Bassani. -DrewZilla

+DrewZilla I am attempting to Cafe my HD 883. I heard that this exhaust has a slight ground clearance issue. I am wondering if the burly 13" cafe shocks will help with that? If you take a look at our Sportster Mods Series, you'll notice that we installed this exhaust on an Iron 883 along with 13" Progressive 970 Shocks.
