  • Welcome to the PIES OF MARCH Collaboration 🥧 Today I'm going to share with you a wonderful Banana Bread Pie recipe. This is NOT like baking bread in pie dish - it's more like a custard or what a pumpkin pie texture is. It's so moist and absolutely delicious! Everyone who comments on the video(s) for the this collaboration will be entered into a contest to a $100 Amazon Gift card. Winner will be chosen at random from all the comments across the entire playlist.

    3/4 C Flour
    2 Tsp. Baking Powder
    1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
    1/2 Tsp Salt

Now I know how to use the bananas that I've had in the freezer for months! I don't make banana bread, because my grandmother, rest her soul, made the best on the planet, and I don't think I could compete with that. So this is my plan for those nanners!

We have celebrated Pi Day for many years now. This year my son chose key lime pie. I told him we had to have the ingredients on hand. I suggested cherry, pumpkin, apple, and grape but he remembered the lime juice I froze in January.

Oh it made my day to see how happy you were with your hard work in making that pie. Will definitely try! Always nice to have a new recipe to use up bananas.

I love that it doesn’t have a crust. I make a buttermilk pie which is my favorite- similar to the chess you was describing.
