LeAnne, This looks so amazing! I am always curious about Pennsylvania Dutch recipes because I feel they are from the old school way of cooking. This did not let me down! While it has steps they are not overly complicated and fairly easy. I think the farmers smile and going back for more says it all! Great Video. THANK YOU!

I grow up in Pennsylvania and this pie brings back childhood memories of this pie. I probably haven’t had it in 50 years but I’m going to make it now. 🤟🏼
I had forgotten about this Pie. Have not see it since my childhood when we would have chicken and waffle suppers at the church and the ladies would donate pies for the supper. Someone would always make this. Thanks for sharing, may have to make this soon. Diane Hartley

Here in North Florida we call that a lemon custard pie and make it a lot easier by using a blender . looks great thanks for sharing.
