HG/SS are indeed peak. But Let’s Go 100% did the follow mechanic better. Pokémon are scaled to size and they either follow behind you, lead in front of you, or you ride/fly/surf on them

Honestly I wish I'd given a little more credit to let's go but it wasn't until recording the footage for the video (after doing the script and narration) that I realized how good it was. HGSS still on top though cause I love pixel art lol
