Thank you! It was a big change for me to really reduce my belongings and be okay with clear space, but it helps my brain so much. ❤️ Sending our best wishes as you create the best environment for you!

Thank you for sharing how to prevent the dropsies by reserving 20min of energy to put things away! This is the first time I've heard action steps beyond "just don't do it!" 😅

So glad this was helpful! It’s a little mindset shift, but when you actually have the energy, it’s not that hard.
I used to take our children on day trips to Disneyland when they were 1-4 years old. (We had a season pass and lived close.) And every time we got on the tram to go home, they would have meltdowns, and it was awful driving back. Then I realized if we left Disneyland when we had an hour of energy left, we could skip the meltdowns altogether.
Our daughter has a baby now, and when she’s out, she says “Leave an hour before you think you need to!”
It’s a simple thing, but I’m excited to hear how it goes for you!

Watching this video I thought about a discussion my Mom had with her Dad (small business owner). He wanted her to have a filing cabinet with file folders. She on the other hand used manila envelopes as if they were file folders. Her logic was envelopes would prevent documents from sliding/ mixing. Then working in a hospital lab, she became a fan of have only one project open at any one time.

Stop the dropsies! I love that! I am doing that consciously now especially with dirty clothes and when I get home from work.

Wonderful! I know it’s a little extra step, but as it becomes habit, it saves so much time and energy. Keep up the great work!

I love this! Thanks for reminding me about the peace of mind part. I used to work on your program (I bought it years ago), and for the past year I've gotten lazy about it. I stopped checking on things, and when you said "all the things" are yelling at you, it explained exactly what I've been feeling lately! I'm definitely jumping back in!

So glad to have you back in the program! ❤️ I didn’t know it was possible to feel calm while I was in my house, and it kind of startled me at first, but it makes SUCH a difference! You can do it!
