I googled "Mustard green taste". This is a very good video, thanks. I figure if I can find some inexpensive foods for better health I add it to my foods. Cruciferous vegetables are said to be good for cancer prevention but broccoli is much better. I don't care for broccoli as much but I might buy some and can manage to eat some on a regular basis. I do eat quite a bit of spinach with my black beans and pasta, which is my regular dish. I use cayenne pepper. I considered using store bought mustard but I don't use salt and all the store brands have salt. No big deal :-)
Be careful about watching this video, has an advertisement during it that has sexual suggestions , at least it did when I watched it. Sad because i love this Chef.
Knowing his love for humor, he probably would have raised an eyebrow and had a chuckle. He can still be your favorite chef no matter what commercial advertising they roll during the program...lol. It's not like it is endorsed by Justin Wilson himself...lol
