    You killed it with this workout. I did mostly level 3. I like that you are giving us more of a workout in only 30 minutes.

    Tiffany I have been following you and doing your videos since March 15, 2023. You have lost alot of weight and look SVELT !!! Great job helping us women to accomplish what you have. Thank your for your time, kindness and support to obtain better health and lose weight. I am 70 years old and sometimes you kick my butt in gear.     I love your workouts. I live in Florida and it’s often too hot to walk outside. Walking indoors with you is perfect!
    I burned 233 calories, avg heart rate 128 bmp and 3,549 steps. I feel great!

    tiffany! I have been watching you off and on for about a year. It's been awhile since I logged in here and you are looking super FIT! What has been the biggest change for you? I imagine some dietary changes along with the way you are structuring your workouts...I'm noticing a lot more HIIT style movements and I love it!! THank you for all that you do!

      Hey! yes I'm working on a video about this but the BIGGEST change was changing my eating habits. I came back from a trip and hated how I looked. I walked alot as well. I gained 10 over the holidays(Nov-Dec) but I'm going to do the same to lose it with indoor workouts

I go along great for a month and if I don’t get that results I’m expecting then I’m quick to throw in the towel. This is a new year and I’m applying what I’ve learned. Slower consistent work is still work! And the effects last longer too. Thank you for your awesome work and constant encouragement along the way ❤️🙏🏾

      Hi Patricia! Yes I enjoyed this format as well. I’ll be creating a video soon but cliff notes changed my eating and walking. My nutritionist recommended Mediterranean diet

    Great workout! I really liked this choice for repeaters. I got winded but not so much that I had to go back to walking 😁 My fitbit said 332 calories burned

    Loved this... I'm gonna do this M W F and do a low intensity on T Th this week... my stats: 654cal, 124-152HR however did fwt up to 153 a few times and steps 3859 not too bad!!
