I'm a 66 year old retired man who came out of retirement and is now a ''dough boy'' for Little Ceasar's Pizza, and i got to say all 3 of those parts look sooo much better then the pizzas I make.

You are correct, Sam. Pepe's Pizza in New Haven, Connecticut, has an AMAZING white clam pizza! THE Only place to get a white clam pie! (and at your house, of course!)
As a farewell to summer, why don't you do a video on 'salad' sandwiches? Chicken salad, tuna salad, ham salad, egg salad, pimento cheese, etc. When I was a kid, my mom rarely cooked during the summer. We often had deli sandwich nights, salad sandwich nights & salads loaded with meats, cheeses & veggies for supper. My mom almost always made the mayo homemade, too. The salad sandwiches often had chopped apples, chopped pecans, finely chopped celery, chopped dill pickles, etc. The variety was almost infinite.

There's a place in Fresno that has Indian pizzas and they are freaking amazing. Way better than I would have expected. Definitely worth seeking out if you're in that area.

You can get a Mexican pizza like this with any kind of toppings you want in Otay mesa, and they have a Giant size as well 👍
Pizzarias in Germany do this; if you order four different toppings, you get them on four different quadrants. It irritated us at first, but we soon figured out a totally different slice, every slice, became its own palate cleanser. I don't do this at home, but it is a viable option with some benefits.
But it has downsides, like ordering several dishes "family style" with a large group in a chinese restaurant: everyone grabs the adventurous/sichiuan dish that I ordered, and I'm stuck with all their stupid "sweet-n-sour f***ing pineapple/orange chow mein" dishes.
This is why I no longer go out with friends. 😂

Indian pizza is a thing actually if you were unaware. There's a place in San Francisco called Zante's that makes bangin' Indian pizza. I have seen it in Austin and Oakland and even in Florida too. Even when it's bad it's pretty good, lol.

the fun of a three-way pizza is not to cut it strictly into sections, but to have a Franken-slice (50/50) of 2 separate toppings on one slice. Do it!

As a life long CT resident, the local move is to add bacon to the clam pie and now it's basically a clams casino pizza. Amazing.
For my "three-way" pizza, I would do a Chicken Alfredo on 1/3, Beef Stroganoff on 1/3, and Bacon/Ham Mac N Cheese on 1/3

My version would be 1. Breakfast pizza w/sausage gravy as the sauce 2. Meatball, Pepperoni, & Garlic 3. Nashville Hot Chicken.

My all time favorite Pizza was from Moose's Tooth in Anchorage, unfortunately they took it off the menu. The Shrimp Fiesta - Shrimp, red onions, jalapenos, red peppers, roma tomatoes, cilantro, chili flakes, shake cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, garlic oil. Give it the STCG try.

All three look good! I like my clam pizza with crushed red pepper flakes and a bit of chopped parsley. Just happened to have made Italian sausage, onion and quick pickled jalapeños with a drizzle of hot honey. Tomato sauce made from our garden, as well as the jalapeños.
Hoping for a video from the boys soon.

The Beef Wellington pizza could be fun. The base is the duxelles, with prosciutto bits on top and big pieces of beef fillet. Finish it up with a tiny drizzle of mustard!

Sam, I am a lifelong dedicated chicken thigh enthusiast. When you plop those pieces of thigh in the pan, DO NOT TOUCH IT until one side is fully browned and ready to flip. By moving it around you prevent the delicious browning. You want two well-browned sides of each piece. Not well-cooked paleness on all sides. All the best, -Chicken Thigh Lover
How do you feel about Matty Matheson’s butter chicken video where it is thrown in raw and cooks fully from the heat of the sauce? 0 browning whatsoever but at least it’s breast.
Love the channel. I have recreated many of the dishes and they are great. In my area of Indiana there's a small dinner that make a breakfast dish called the hunters mountain. 4 buttermilk biscuits cut in half, Hash browns on top, eggs any style you choose on top of that then covered in sausage gravy. It's awesome. I make it at home but add bacon and cheese and use maple sausage in my gravy for extra flavor. You'll need a nap after eating lol
Great episode today guys. I'm going to have to strongly agree with Max's choice of toppings. I have a drive-tru pizza placental me and they have a Tripple Pepperoni, Tripple Jalapeño and Jalapeño Cheese stuffed crust. It is AMAZING! Sam your section would have been my favorite if Max would of had a different choice of toppings. Chance's choice was good as well. I have never had Chicken Tika Masala before. And the reason for not having it is because I am allergic to poultry. Sam can you make a version of Tika Masala with another protein?

I seriously need to make your pizza dough. I Love a chicken, sauteed mushroom, broccoli, and black olive, with garlic Alfredo sauce with Monterey jack cheese. I think your dough would be the bomb!!

I like the chicken tikka masala directions. I may just make that sans pizza and serve it on rice. I prefer to make my own ginger and garlic paste (like when I make Channa Masala) but I may make an exception and try the product in the tube to see how it works. My only issue is getting just enough heavy cream so I don't have a bunch left over that I won't use. I don't really have need for it usually.
Tube garlic is great for sauces. It incorporates really smoothly and is just overall really easy to use. You can get the cream pints usually. If you don't use it all in one go it will last a couple weeks in the fridge until you make something else with it. Or just put in in your coffee or hot cocoa or something.
@@ARabidPie I've been skeptical about the freshness once it's been opened. As for the cream, a pint can still be too much because I basically never use it in anything. Which is why I usually end up tossing it. A recipe can call for 1/4 to 1/2 cup and the rest will just sit. I try to avoid things like heavy cream and high calorie food recipes. I like Sam's videos but I would never make about 98% of it since I cook just for myself.
@@ARabidPie I tried some but wasn't overly impressed. Maybe I should try a different brand. I've made my own from a big bag of peeled and sealed cloves. It was time consuming chopping, crushing, and processing but turned out pretty good.

Valentino's Pizza in my hometown, in Nebraska, does a cream cheese pepperoni pizza. It's literally one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I prefer it with sausage, though.
