I remember growing up in San Diego and watching Sam on Channel 4 (which was the same channel the padres were on) and I thought he had the funniest cooking show I’ve ever seen and it looks like he still does.
Kit Kat bars are sold in every grocery store and gas station in the US. How can you not know that they are sold here? Sure the wrapper is a little different but I have been enjoying these in the US for 40 years.
I was excited to visit the Cantina Taco Bell in California when visiting from Florida. Also stopped and took a picture with Sam and ate in Little Italy! Thanks!
I think the chocolate one would make a good dessert when served with good vanilla ice cream and a touch of whipped cream. Drizzled with a high quality chocolate sauce.
Nix the chocolate sauce and hit it with a raspberry coulis. Or screw the ice cream and whipped cream altogether, and go with a dusting of powdered sugar. And raspberry coulis.
That chocolate quesadilla was unfairly maligned! Think how great it would be to make something like that late at night when you don't have any chocolate chip cookies handy! OMG, I am so doing it! I'm thinking chocolate chips and crushed peanuts, maybe. Or chocolate chips and crushed potato chips added after the melt a la the hot Cheeto method. Or crushed frozen strawberries? My brain is whirring with possibilities.
Add some cinnamon and mini marshmallows to the inside. Sprinkle the outside with some sugar so it caramelizes and gets all crispy. Peanut butter! The beauty of this is just how simple and adaptable it is. It's basically just chocolate chips and a tortilla, which everyone should have at home. You can then mix it up with whatever extras you have on hand. This is a perfect midnight snack food.

And even with his businesses I can't imagine even the supply stores he goes to for these restaurants don't have some impulse buys by the register or even large boxes of kit kats. Just wild to have gone this long in America and just learn that kit kat is multinational and not just England based or even only sold in England and Canada.

Taco Bell prior to the takeover by PepsiCo/Yum was *good* Taco Bell. Taco bell since that is abysmal, absolutely horrid in the drop in quality. The same is true with KFC and to they've even managed to half destroy Pizza Hut, too. A darn shame is all - Taco Bell used to be a fantastic little fast food joint in its' day.
The chocolate quesadilla reminds me of the german Dr. Oetker chocolate pizza. It wasn't as bad as you'd think but not great either. Got discontinued after a short while
I remember when Godfathers Pizza had their buffet back in the day and they always had a healthy selection of dessert pizzas. I think they had a s’mores pie, I can’t imagine that would be too dissimilar to that chocolate pizza

I bought one at the grocery the other week and I have been OBSESSED! It's like what would happen if a cabbage tried really hard to taste like an apple and to look like a potato. It's so yummy (I used it to replace lettuce on the pambazo)

I was making Hot Cheeto quesidillas when i was 13yrs old im 38 now but you gotta use whole Cheetos and cook it in butter. Also that chocolate 🍫 would be good cooked in butter 🧈 and cinnamon sugar on the outside. Also i used to throw hot cheetos in ham and turkey sandwiches, pizza hot pockets, cup of noodles and other crap but after so many years of eating that crap my stomach is jacked up.

I really enjoy Sam and the crew, but for the longest time, his videos have been nothing but this sandwich and that sandwich. I miss when he made videos of full dinners such as the Parmo or the Pork Milanese.
You'd be surprised how well chocolate and cheese go together. A little Peppercorn Cheddar and some nice Sea Salt Dark Chocolate... good shit.

BLECH! this is like watching a train wreck. the only one that looked good was the kimchi one, which i might actually try. as far as taco bell quesadillas, i have some advice for them: put some meat in there!! and not that shitty steak that they put in that one.
We grew up eating quesadillas of all flavors and textures by Mama clearing out the fridge for room, hence came breakfast, lunch and dinners.
