Loved this home. The 1st floor floor plan didn't exactly match but no biggie! Would definitely add a wood burning fireplace. Personally, I don't like that much 'window' in my bedroom. I would probably leave out the middle window but overall, it's a beautiful home! Great job. I really enjoying watching you and listening to your soothing voice. Great job!
Beautiful outside. I like most of the inside except where the formal dinning room is located. I’m never sure about all the open space. I would make that small living room into a breakfast seating area. It’s not big enough for a big table, so don’t know where a formal table could be put. Hope y’all have a great fourth.

Gorgeous home, would like to live in that myself, but I can't help but think about having to try to clean those high windows, change light bulbs and all that lofty space to have to dust, and not to mention the cost to heat/cool. It is beautiful though.

Beautiful home missing a fireplace but I know I could add it, the only swap I immediately thought of was that powder room/half bathroom. Seems I would maybe prefer the toilet where they have the sink at the end and the sink in the larger space up by the door. Wonder if that's a option? I really like that front Junior sweet as I think you called it, would love that as my guest sweet. And love that formal dining room. Can't believe those floors are vinyl plank, they are beautiful and before you said vinyl I commented how much I liked the flooring and would have sworn they were solid wood floors. That combo Pantry and laundry is different but it's a big room and if I separated them I may want the laundry side to be where the Pantry is so no laundry goes through any part of the kitchen and the pantry to be accessible through the mud room where the garage door is since you come home with the groceries and Park in the garage you come in and you have direct access to the pantry to put the stuff away and I think it's better for cooking at stove or oven the food pantry would be more Centrally located between the 2 points. I'm very surprised that this builder used wire racks in that pantry, that is a definite no go for me.
Hey Tim, The home is extremely Gorgeous. I have never seen a Home this Beautiful ❤️ It's has everything in it's place. Totally Blowing away with the Master Bedroom, and that Bathroom WOW. NOW THAT'S A HOUSE LOVE, LOVE THE VIDEO!
Its a nice house and certainly very do-able but I would like more of an entryway instead of walking right into the dining room area. Also I'm not crazy about the laundry room and pantry sharing a room. I wouldn't want added moisture in the pantry. Plus its a nice spot for an additional freezer so it would need a different room for laundry.

OUTSTANDING !!! This is an amazing home, I love it ! They are my FAVORITE builders, I love all of their homes. I did not see a fireplace, nor a microwave but I am sure they can be added. It is Not a deal breaker with me. Tim when you walked in that pantry and main bedroom, I almost passed out. Now the Jr suite is lovely as well. The price is high, but the quality and beauty makes it worth while. I have yet to see a home built by them that I did not like. Tim, thanks for sharing
love the elderly parent suite on first floor and the upstairs jack. and jill bath layout, never saw that layout before and it looks like it would work out great. glad you pointed out the pantry can be divided from the utility room, while still having an oversized pantry!. thanks for showing

Hi Jake! I know they just finished 2 new models at 2 different locations. I’ll have to check and see if either of them are the Oakmont. I’m hoping in the future to tour some of their completed builds but we shall see
I like it. I like the toured version better than the plans with the Flex Room. That Master Bath and Closet area I'd want different. Basically the bathroom area would be moved forward removing that WIC and then back by the bedroom make it a larger single WIC with entry to it off the sort of hall. The bathroom layout might need changing, I'd have to draw it up to see. I don't know how I'd handle the open view upstairs, I'm deathly afraid of heights.

My husband would have blinds and curtains and have them shut 24/7. He hates having any window where someone could look in. I could see if it were on the BACK of the house and you had a bunch of land. I’d prefer one very big closet so I could have an island and a place to sit. My husband doesn’t need a lot of closet space. I’d have to have stuff in his closet. Lol. I’m not a fan of really high ceilings because all the heat is gonna go up. I’d like to have seen an electric FP on the side in the LR.

I'd move the dining room into the 'sun' room area - closer to the kitchen. Doesn't look right being the first thing you see as you walk in the door.
