Timothy, thanks for visiting Joseph Douglas Homes a second time. We enjoyed visiting with you as well as the top notch video you took of our Crestwood Model. We look to more visits to our new models in the future. Safe travels!
Bedrooms today seem small to me but this house is jam packed with functional spaces and storage! This house has way more than meets the eye. Great clean, quality styling. Very thoughtful design. 🏆
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, floating shelves throughout, and the master bathroom.❤❤❤❤❤
This is really a comfy home love the living room and everything is spaced properly love it.❤ still love the hidden pantry and hidden rooms in the other homes you showed last year❤.
I think that’s a macerating pump in the basement, for taking the waste from the bathroom and pumping it up to the sewer. Sometimes the waste drainage in the basement is lower than the sewer connection and you have to chop it and pump it up to get it out.
I have a dream that one day I'll buy a house from you. Great tour keep it up, looking forward to your next video. Pss! I'm growing my beard to look just yours.
We can easily accommodate changes to the plans and/or elevations including changing it to a Craftsman look inside or out. We allow our customers to have exactly what they like!
Every high-end home tours I always ask myself “how do you change the light bulbs with these tall ceilings?” In this case, how do you change those light strips?
If you are a multimillionaire, you likely have a home maintenance service that comes monthly or quarterly (or when called) to attend to these type of things as well as all routine maintenance.
The ceiling is way too plain. I’d do shiplap and some more beams. That one wall in the living room is all blank. I’d like to see one wall of all bookcases and closed storage on the bottom with the tv and the other wall with the FP. I think the FP wall is a waste of space the way it is. A functioning home for a family needs as much storage as it can get. The dining room is way too small. You can’t have a big family gathering in there. I think the wet room would make for too much of an echo when in the tub. (Love the tub!) I wanna watch a movie while soaking so I don’t want echoing.

One of my favorites. Practical floor plan.
This house is definitely my favorite 🥰
I really like this one!

Elegant rustic kitchen is nice (simple and uncluttered).....a coffee bar in master bedroom is a must😊 Thank Timothy!

Interesting thanks Jon!
Way too many doors and access points to the master bedroom. Lovely home though.
It seems you have lots of dream homes.. LOL

The courtyard garage entrance is very nice. I’m not into “modern” decor, if it was done in Craftsman, I would be more impressed.

Panelized refrigerator in the island?? 😂😂 Timothy I enjoy your tours
That’s the dishwasher 🤫
Love basically everything except the door placement in the movie theater room. I don't want people blocking the screen as they come in/out.
What is a speak-easie?
Like a secret bar area like 1920s

They have poles you can use to change the recessed lights in a tall ceiling.

Million bucks and plastic shower inserts. Wow
Great modern design. Too bad the wardrobes are so small. And too many doors. Some could easily be removed.
No room for a second fridge or upright freezer.on the main floor
Thank you for talking & describing the bath TUBE. It's a MAJOR selling feature. You normally skip it & only talk about the shower.
No bedrooms nor bathrooms off the LR, kitchen or DR. Ick!!!

Too modern for me. I like a little character.
That fireplace looks trashy compared to the rest of the home
