@@chestersantos5843 I was under the assumption that all CF shafts had some type of foam inside. As you go up in quality the type of foam and density changes as the higher end cue shafts claim. I've never cut open a shaft and I'm not about to. My suggestion is that you email Rhino's support team. I've found them very responsive to my questions 👍
I purchased a silver Komet break cue in November. Liked it so much I purchased a Nebula in December and have been playing with it ever since. (I put my more expensive butt and shafts away.) I really like playing with the Nebula. Solid hit. No spurious vibration. Low deflection. The black will stain at first, but cleaning the shaft with isopropyl alcohol will take care of that. The one caveat is, the Rhino tips are awful. Changed the playing tip to Kamui Black Soft. Changed the break tip to Kamui SAI. I'll be very interested in how you like playing with the Rhino. Especially after you change the tips. Thanks 👍🏽
It hasn't taken me long to come to the exact same conclusions. 👍 As of right now I'm not seeing any black come off the shaft for the Eclipse. But then again I play with a glove as well. The Komet is another story. All along the head string there are light black lines from where I've broken. Not a deal breaker as long as it dissipates over time. Many people have suggested the alcohol wipes. I'm going to start doing that. The tip as you said is way too soft on the Komet. She'll be coming off forthwith 😂. I felt that in my first few breaks. The Crystal tip on the Eclipse is fine. No miscuing and I'm getting lots of action. That being said it feels incredibly hard compared to the Caiden Brand Soft tip I regularly play with. She'll be coming off too 😊 Thanks for commenting 👍
Hell Yeah, the Man who is the same age as me and loves the same sport, also buys at Rhino. I ordered a shaft for my Cinergy Ghost edition as a spare shaft. Tested it for about 4 weeks and for the price of 199$ you make nothing wrong. I am impressed - but not with the F1 Tip. But this is a personal thing. Got now a Geez Tip on it and now it's perfect. Have fun with your order! Greetz from Germany, Thomas
Het Thomas. Pleased to meet you. Yeah the Rhino has been treating me well. The review video will be out soon. I'm German myself. I was born in Canada but my father and mother are from there. My father grew up in Lindau👍🔥
@@HereAfterBilliards Hi, I know. You told me that a couple of weeks ago. I'm looking forward to your review. One little thing about the playing shaft, what could be better, the weight of the shaft is a little low. 7 to 10 grams heavier would be unbeatable for the price. C U and have fun! Thomas
Carbon cues are 72 cm long (28.375) and 22 mm at the joint (.866) vs a pool cue 29" long and .842 (21.4) for the most part at the joint. Of course there's always a company that wants to be different. And the shaft are 79,69 or 67cm (27.9, 27.1 or 26.3in) long.
No black coming off just yet. I'm guessing you don't shoot with a glove? Did you see any black on your table as well? I've read on forums that this is occurring to some people. Strange
@@HereAfterBilliards I have noticed with most carbon fiber shafts It will leave a black residue on your fingers and On the table If you put a couple of layers of ceramic Coding on it. it will stop it from doing it. You won't be able to tell it has a ceramic coating on it. It will be smooth
I'm not including the tip here. These are basically 30 inches too. I have a new shaft now from their Retro Series line and it's the same. Review coming soon.
*PLEASE MEASURE DIAMETER OF WRAP AREA. WHAT IS DIAMETER AT FRONT OF WRAP AND AT BACK OF WRAP AREA. DIMENSIONS USUALLY FALL IN 31.5 MM BACK OF WRAP TO 26 MM AT FRONT OF WRAP* +-.5MM*

It's been fun. Oh and by the way...you have a cool job❤️🔥👍
Hi, is it hollow carbon or you put some insert on it?
@@chestersantos5843 I'm not sure I understand your question...
Does the shaft has a PU foam inside?

When do we get to see the e playing review? Smile
I'm editing it right now. I'm hoping this weekend

Interesting. I'm going to ask Rhino if there's a specific rationale behind the extra length. Thanks for the info
Wanna try this cue
I'll be shooting my final review this weekend. Should be out soon. 🔥👍
If you get tired of the black rubbing off onto your hands. Clean the shaft really good then apply some ceramic coating to it.

Any specific ceramic coating you use?
Update : light streaks along the head string coming off the Komet Breaker. I'm going to start using alcoholic wipes.
@@HereAfterBilliards I usually go to Walmart and get the alcohol wipes for lens cleaner

On the playing cue at the top of the wrap measures 25.68mm thick and near the butt at the bottom of the wrap it measures 30.10mm thick
