  • In this video, Michelle guides you through Wrist Strengthening Exercises with TheraBand: Real Time Routine. In this follow along video, you'll learn how to increase your wrist strength by using a TheraBand.
    By the end of these resistance band exercises your whole upper body will feel like you got a workout!
    All of these exercises work on improving your wrist flexion, wrist extension, wrist ulnar deviation, and radial deviation strength. Resistance band exercises are a great way to increase your wrist strength and stability after a wrist fracture, wrist injury, or for anyone looking to improve wrist strength.
    TheraBand, or resistance bands, strengthen your wrist in a concentric and eccentric way. Basically, your wrist is getting a workout when it is both contracting and lengthening throughout the wrist movement.
    Try these out if you are looking for variety in your wrist exercise routine or looking to enhance your wrist stamina for gaming, guitar playing, gardening, and so much more!
    I am such a huge advocate of finding exercises and movement that increase your wrist strength and hand function. I know you'll find these exercises effective and easy to follow, even without needing a lot of equipment. You can take bands anywhere!

    Hi Michelle , I did the exercises and applied taps for thumb stiffness .. i consulted a neurologist months ago ,but the medicines didn't work . I had symptoms of writer's cramp since 3 years but thanks to ur advices , now after 2 weeks of taping and excercises my thumb has recovered 70 percent 😅

    Hi Michelle,
    Thank you for what you do this video changed my life!! my wrists have never felt stronger from consistently doing this routine
    I was wondering if you take requests for videos?
    I have trouble putting weight on my wrists at 90degrees or more in wrist extension for push ups.. this also prevents me from backbends and more
    Would it be possible to ask for a video that covers the strength and mobility that goes into that movement?

    Hello! It’s been at least a month or two since I first got my mallet finger and have gotten my treatment entirely done at home, I couldn’t get an X-ray nor professional help so I’ve just gotten a splint which I’ve also been wearing for about a month or two and my fingertip is straight now, but it won’t bend at all, any advice?

    hello, i had an undisplaced distal radial fracture near my elbow 3 weeks ago. my doctor told me the pain would go away in 3 weeks but now that i try to supinate, it feels like my wrist is jammed. its like my bone is stopping me to rotate my forearm. is my arm gonna be like this forever now? im really scared. i fell down on my wrist while playing basketball. how long will it take to get full range of motion of my forearm? can you please help?

    how many reps and sets should i do fr better results, my wrists are very weak @virtualhandcare
