Hello, thanks for the tutorial. You mentioned possibly providing support... I have a question if you don’t mind. I recently decalcified our gen 2 Silvia unit, removed the group head screen, and dispersing insert. The screen looked much like what you had in your video but I was able to get it clean. Before reassembly, I ran 4L clean water through the group head and steam wand. I found a considerable amount of released calcium deposit from the wand (end nozzle removed) and the unit seemed to work fine. A day later, I had very little water through the group head and the flow ultimate stopped! The steam and water through the wand continue to operate normally. I checked the solenoid piston for a possible clog, it was dirty and stuck. So once it was clean the unit started to flow water out the safety release (it hadn’t worked before). So short story long, I have water from the bypass and normal wand functionality. Can you provide a next step I should try? I did try to check for a clog at the group head with a small pipe cleaner. Some stuff came out but still no water flow. Thank you for the video and any help you might provide in advance.
