As I am 39 years old now, I need to have calcium, magnesium and multivitamin to boost recovery from injuries. Presently my weight is 85kg and I could run 5km in 25 mins. I hope I can do continue the same in the future. I using all the technic but never used breathing technique, i must try this technique today.
