Technically the kamahameha is possible obviously not as a giant beam visible beam of energy but in a form of energy sending it someone else by conducting that energy from yourself to someone, it helps them feel really good, I usually like to practice this in a non dramatic anime way lol, I do this during my reiki practices and it does wonders especially when people are completely relaxed and in tuned

Now that I am coming into my own a lot more in life, I'm rediscovering my true spiritual roots and I am fascinated all over again! I love this stuff.

I was taught and also teach- the good. Everything has energy. Learning internal and external energies can be a beautiful, and life changing experience. The God-made sun, or what ever you believe... created something wonderful. The sun has energy that gives life. But that same energy if not properly balanced can be dangerous. In us, energy- all cells, everything- is energy. In the martial arts, what I teach, energy is an important component to not only physical skills, but more so mental, and spiritual... Energy os just a name for the "stuff" that is in all things- and driven by the spirit. So, practice your spiritual AND energetic growth. You have a special ability (and energy) that you are here for... and the world needs you (and your energy!)
