    Revenue growth doesn't happen by accident. Love the approach of designing/engineering a model based on analytics and logic (aka common sense)

    Love it. Thank you, Jaco. Not only is your style of delivery highly refreshing - you had me laughing out loud multiple times - but more importantly, the high-value substance of what you are sharing is incredibly practical and highly relevant to bringing clarity to how to think about GTM strategy. Nice work, keep it coming.

    This video and channel are awesome! Thank you for posting them on TH-cam. There's great content for programmers on TH-cam but never imagined something like this for sales - incredible! (And not to mention super entertaining at the same time!)

    This is great! Knew many of the individual pieces of the GTM but to have it presented in such systematic fashion is really great. Eye opening.

    Jacco, you mentioned at 17:48 PQL. Can you clarify what is PQL relatively in the context of MQL, SQL and SAL? I don't recall any mentioning of PQL in your previous Data Model video. Thanks, Long

    • @WinningByDesign
      @WinningByDesign  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      PQL stands for Product Qualified Lead and is used in Product Lead Growth world the same way we think of a MQL as a lead developed by marketing. A PQL is a lead developed by a client using your product for example if 20-30 people inside a large company have downloaded your “free to use product” someone should call them and ask if they want to have a paid subscription with all the premium features such as security SSo etc.

    Jacco, first of all. I am really a fan of your work. I've been implementing some parts of it on a Cancer Center. But I do like to go deeper and understand the fundamentals of revenue organizations. Are the books "The Saas Sales Method" up to date with this content? I am Willing to buy then, to import then to Brazil. I rather the paper for this kindle of content. Cheers from São Paulo!

      Lars - all paths deliver insights in a different way. My latest video on the role and impact of PLG goes deeper into this and can be found on this channel (just published it yesterday) - thanks for being part of the Rev Arch class. Hope you had a good time. Cheers - Jacco.
