  • We typically charge for this 3-hour organizational change management training workshop, but decided to give it away to my TH-cam subscribers. This is a great resource for anyone embarking on a digital transformation or business transformation.
This video is broken into three segments:
    1. Overview of Change Management
    2. Change Management Best Practices Panel Discussion (questions from the live audience)
    3. Change management methodologies and tools
Thank you to everyone who joined the livestream to offer great questions and talking points!
Hope you enjoy this session, and please message me if you would like to receive any of the PPT decks and/or a recording of the session.

I admire the financial independence of people, But you can live better if you work a little more. After watching this I think there are people out there, on the extreme, who plan to die early just to be able to retire early. To each their own but to me, retirement isn't just about not having to work, it's about having the freedom to do whatever you might reasonably want, such as travel, buying things, enjoying life, etc. I don't think I could retire with less than $3m in income-generating investments, maybe $2m at the very minimum. I plan to work until I'm at least 45

Nobody knows anything, you need to create your own process, manage risk and stick to the plan, through thick or thin while also continuously learning from mistakes and improving

Great insights on the importance of people and change management in organizational transformation. Having specializing in ERP solutions for the last decade, and now with SYSPRO, I've seen firsthand how technology is only part of the equation. The real differentiator is how people adapt to and embrace these changes. It's crucial to understand that the best technology solutions are those that are user-friendly, adaptable, and align with the company's vision. This not only eases the transition but also maximizes the return on investment. If anyone is navigating this journey and needs some guidance, feel free to reach out. Always happy to share experiences and insight

I thought key to the change management is senior management must have diversity not only skill improvements but also have a capacity to understand the psychology and peoples behavioural culture at the grass root level for any business or digital transformation to be successful 🌼
