🌝 About Me:
My name is Nina and I am a certified life coach. I currently have my CPC and am also certified as an ELI-MP, which means I am trained and qualified to facilitate Energy Leadership Index Assessments, a popular tool both in the corporate world and for personal development. I am a big fan of the Energy Leadership Index, so you can find a lot of videos on my channel where I talk about the intricacies of this model.
I also like to open up here about the things that I am personally working through and looking to grow in.
In 2022 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease - a chronic autoimmune illness - and I left an abusive relationship. This lead me down a path of self discovery, coming to terms with my "pathological people pleasing", dealing with my high sensitivity, and working on my boundary wounds. I have a real passion for serving life coaching clients who are looking for support in these same areas. I hope that in sharing my experience it can be of solace to someone. To work with me one on one you can go to www.ninabcoaching.com for a free fifteen minute life coaching consultation!
No one should be expected to have to work through these things alone 💛✨
I’m on Skyrizi, and it’s worked so great. I just had an ileostomy surgery April 2, 2024 and my surgeon said my bowels looks amazing. Love this medicine. Hope it works for you. Praying fora great output.
Hey Nina. Welcome to the Crohn's family. Excited to hear how Skyrizi works for you.
I finally got to infusion after my Remicade infusions.
My Crohn's presented with anal fistulas and bathroom urgency.
I remember the feeling of not knowing what it felt like to feel "well."
Thank you for sharing your journey and I look forward to learning more about your journey.
I would love to see an update after your next infusion. Good luck with this biologic!
Thanks for the story
