    🌟 About Me:
My name is Nina and I am a certified life coach. I currently have my CPC and am also certified as an ELI-MP, which means I am trained and qualified to facilitate Energy Leadership Index Assessments, a popular tool both in the corporate world and for personal development. I am a big fan of the Energy Leadership Index, so you can find a lot of videos on my channel where I talk about the intricacies of this model.
I also like to open up here about the things that I am personally working through and looking to grow in.
In 2022 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease - a chronic autoimmune illness - and I left an abusive relationship. This lead me down a path of self discovery, coming to terms with my "pathological people pleasing", dealing with my high sensitivity, and working on my boundary wounds. I have a real passion for serving life coaching clients who are looking for support in these same areas. I hope that in sharing my experience it can be of solace to someone. To work with me one on one you can go to www.ninabcoaching.com for a free fifteen minute life coaching consultation!
No one should be expected to have to work through these things alone 💛✨

Glad to hear Skyrizi isn’t giving any miserable side effects. I’m waiting for insurance to an authorize. Holistic medicine is good for a lot of things. Keep pursuing this topic for Chrone’s/Colitis. Also for mental health. Gut health/mental health. Good luck!

I just started Skyrizi too! I had my first infusion last week and I had a rather weird possible reaction in that my lips started tingling. They’re going to continue to see what happens. It completely wiped me out though, I came home and slept the rest of the day and was pretty off kilter the next day too.
I’ve had Crohn’s since I was 9 and I actually had surgery to have an ostomy placed 9 years ago and I’d been in remission since then..this is my first time getting meds again! I’ve had more extra manifestations than Crohn’s issues which led me to put me on it…some tummy aches but tons of debilitating joint pain and skin issues. I’m hopeful it helps!

I’m so happy for you!!! And I’m so excited with the prospect of some relief from the fatigue after my first infusion this week. I’ve been really looking forward to this update after your first video.
And you are right about the psychological components, this disease gets in your head, serotonin is made in your gut!

What a great down to earth summary! I am on the fence trying to decide whether to use the drug. I have no symptoms other than fatigue and the colonoscopy shows a spot of inflammation. Was looking for something plain spoken like this. Thanks so much - helps push my needle.

I'm on Skyrizi also I'm on a every 8 weeks home on body injector. My crohn's symptoms come and go more good days than bad. My energy levels have not came back. Since I started Skyrizi I've gained weight more than 50 lbs. I've developed Fatty liver disease. Depression and anxiety has gone crazy since they journey has started. Probably a major factor of the weight gain. In the past few weeks I've been trying to get out and walk if I have time energy.

Omg i sm sorry to hear of your weight gain. Will you continue to stay on it if your weight continues to go up and up?. I gained weight on both entyvio and remicade. I wont be going on anymore biologics as i dont want to become obese and have an heart attack stroke etc.

Have you looked into vit d levels and going into a carnivore diet. Also vit B1 dosing while taking potassium and magnisium.

I’ve been feeling great! Running into some challenges with being immunocompromised and realizing the importance of self care, but continuing to feel improvement with my symptoms. Just filmed an update that should be up soon!

Have you tried the carnivore diet yet? I follow "Kent Carnivore" and others like him on You Tube who have had remarkable results for their stomach issues on carnivore. Don't know if it's something you want to research but thought you might want to take a look.

@@coachninabinteresting I have epilepsy been doing keto for 5 years and very lazy with vegetables and felt amazing when I would only eat beef and eggs. I would search Dr berg.

Respectfully, I much more recommend going off of legitimate studies and collections of data from multiple reliable sources than going off of anecdotal experiences or buying supplements recommended by the same providers that own the supplement company. More on that in my next video.

@pigsgah2715 One of my biggest pet peeves as a disabled person (Crohn’s disease) is the “have you tried?”
It runs the gamut from essential oils, to odd diets, to yoga, to prayer and on and on. Actually one of my most successful shorts is one where I shared the “have you tried” experiences I had received over the years. The comments from other folks dealing with different chronic illnesses was wild.
Pro tip, suggesting to someone who is finally seeing some positive results after years of struggle something other than the treatment that is working for them is dismissive and sort of rude. So next time you’re feeling the need to do that, resist the urge.

    I’m obsessed with the t-shirt!
So glad you’re sharing your journey with crohn’s. Welcome to the club. 🫶🏻
I’m on Remicade. I remember the emotional feeling once I finally had been diagnosed with crohn’s and feeling as if I finally might have a way to get my life back. So I get that completely. Love that you’re talking about it.
Love that your infusions are rapid from the get go! I got my first rapid infusion this week, but before this week, I 3-4 hours!
And a fellow Crohnie totally gets wanting to show the colonoscopy and endoscopy pics. A true rite of passage.
So happy that this is showing improvement when it comes to your symptoms.
Hang in there! Loving your content and glad I found you. 💜
