    About Me:
    My name is Nina and I am a certified life coach. I currently have my CPC and am also certified as an ELI-MP, which means I am trained and qualified to facilitate Energy Leadership Index Assessments, a popular tool both in the corporate world and for personal development. I am a big fan of the Energy Leadership Index, so you can find a lot of videos on my channel where I talk about the intricacies of this model.
    I also like to open up here about the things that I am personally working through and looking to grow in.
    In 2022 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease - a chronic autoimmune illness - and I left an abusive relationship. This lead me down a path of self discovery, coming to terms with my "pathological people pleasing", dealing with my high sensitivity, and working on my boundary wounds. I have a real passion for serving life coaching clients who are looking for support in these same areas. I hope that in sharing my experience it can be of solace to someone. To work with me one on one you can go to www.ninabcoaching.com for a free fifteen minute life coaching consultation!
    No one should be expected to have to work through these things alone 🌻

    Thank you so much for this, I am currently going through the process of getting diagnosed and I find it really helpful to hear other people's experiences. I have been having symptoms for many years but I always assumed it was IBS. In the past year it has gotten a lot worse so after months of putting it off, I finally went to the doctors last week. My calprotectin level came back 1300, so that's not good. I'm quite nervous about what's to come, but I guess things can only get better with a proper diagnosis and a treatment plan..

    I got diagnosed at 12. Had 24 inches of my small intestine removed before my freshmen year of high school in 2016. As of right now they found an abscess and a perforated bowel. Currently Trying to get rid of the abscess with antibiotics to avoid surgery but I’ve noticed that juicing has helped so much with my digestion compared to meats. I’m glad I found your channel

    Thank you for sharing. I lost a female friend a year ago when she went in for treatment for this (the disease itself wasn't the cause), but I only learnt after how much her conditions affected her and her life. It seems as I get older I learn about so many new physical things in a way I've not really understood before such as gall stones (affected a friend recently) ❤ I took a moment before allowing myself to sit and listen as was a little sensitive but glad I have.

    I don’t think that’s true that it’s more difficult for humans to process meat, but we are allowed to believe and follow whatever diet we want to! I also have crohns and have had those other symptoms (eczema, chostochondritis, joint pain, dry eyes, skin issues, etc) this disease is a bear!! Found your channel because I’m starting Skyrizi and you posted a video about it. Your experience gives me hope about getting my energy back!!

    I’m not sure if you mentioned it in this video, but I wanted to thank you for the information regarding all the extra intestinal and Sjögren’s syndrome symptoms that can accompany Crohn’s disease. This makes sense in my experience.

    Can't believe that people actually told you that you need to eat meat again 😑 like humans really don't need it. Thank you for being so open btw! I think that the new channel is a great idea :)
    Edit: I'm sorry you went through much pain and pushed yourself so hard too, that must have been awful. At the beginning of the video I had no idea how much suffering was involved in the whole story. You're so strong for keeping it together and also sharing your experiences.

    Also my name is Eli which is kindve cool because your a certified Eli. Lol. I was on humira but got off of it and didn’t take enough care of my diet. Got sent to an ER where they prescribed me prednisone. I think that is what caused the abscess, but hopefully they will let me get on skyrizi

    I also had chronic constipation...and anal fissures. Dry red eyes...I actually got accused of being high in middle school because of it. That's scary about all that blood in your stool. Luckily I don't have high inflammatory markers in my stool tests. If I have crohns, it must not affect my large colon.

    Great video - very, very human. Love the issue with the name of the disease - I feel you. Has a terrible visual associated with it right? Would love to hear more about the diet as the channel moves along and whether you maintain veganism. I stay away from red meat - same reasoning actually. Saw a beautiful cow at the 4H COUNTY FAIR back in 2018 and something snapped when I saw it being led off after the auction. I don't miss red meat - still do wild caught fish though!
    Anyway - shine on you crazy diamond - keep it coming!

    I got diagnosed with IBD recently and they can’t decide if i have ulcerative colitis or crohn’s because under the microscope the inflammation is only superficial like ulcerative colitis and the inflammation is only in my colon but the ulcers are scattered like crohns and I also get cratered mouth ulcers and I have chronic duodenitis

      I recently had my results back, my calprotectin was over 1300 😂 By the time I had my tests, I had been experiencing symptoms for 4 years and was kind of brushed off by everyone. I'd say my symptoms were bad in comparison to someone without IBD, but I was used to it so it didn't seem as bad.

      Plants are full of naturally occurring pesticides called lectins which put weights on one’s health and healing trajectory. Abrasive fiber feeding bacteria causing gas, bloating and in some cases SIBO. Carnivore was the only dietary way that reversed 12 years of suffering with Crohn’s disease.

  • @drseanpatrick696
    @drseanpatrick696 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Nice you basically parroted what doctors say and want you to believe. I went carnivore and reversed 12 years of suffering with Crohn’s disease. But i won’t tell you to do this because you don’t want any advice. Good luck.

    • @readysetgo8706
      @readysetgo8706 16 วันที่ผ่านมา

      My guess is that, as I listen to your story, you speak glowingly of a diet that is clearly not helping you heal. I heard you describe the worsening of the disease that has occurred since choosing a vegan diet. So I can see how someone who experienced long term remission following exactly the opposite diet from yours might feel frustrated that you aren’t interested. Just my thoughts. I hope you find healing, lovely lady.

      @@readysetgo8706 pretty poor comprehension of my journey. Nowhere I said I was worsening from carnivore. Put down the alcohol.
