  • Have you injured your shoulder and have been told it is your rotator cuff?

    🔑 Some key points:
    ➡️ Use a stretch based tape to anchor at the deltoid insertion to allow full muscle function and ensure the tape is not too "tight"
    ➡️ When applying the tape, perform an AP glide to the head of humerus for extra support
    ➡️ Finish with a non tearable based overwrap tape to ensure longevity of the tape technique
    ➡️ Re-anchor in rigid tape
    ➡️ Once completed, pre-stretch the tape to the range required for the sport or activity
    ➡️ This tape technique can be combined with other variations for increased stability (see tomorrow's video)
    ➡️ Fixomull can be worn underneath this tape technique if you are wearing for 2-3 days
