I made these. Very good. I had my mixture too wet but after they were browned on one side they held together very nicely. To half of them I added garlic powder and onion power. That made them even better. At least to my taste. Thank you for posting.
I prepared these delicious fritters. However, I found that they were very crisp on the outside, but the inside was kind of mushy and so I had the oven going at the time and put these fritters, in for about 20 minutes on 325. They came out fabulous thank you very much another non-carb side dish for my family.
I just made these today to freeze tho as I still got your beef stew in the fridge! Another great recipe. Your channel has brought my love of cooking back. Thank you Natasha x

This was the best recipe I have ever made! Everyone loved it! The only changes that I made was I used chives because that is all I had and fresh Parmesan cheese plus onion powder!! Excellent recipe!! Ty

These are awesome! Not nearly as heavy as potato pancakes. We forgot the eggs and added half, half way through the cooking process. They tasted the same! Next time we’ll add a couple Tbsp flax meal to absorb even more of the liquid and maybe some apple! Ohhhh, so yummy! Great recipe :)

I also add grated carrot to my mixture, helps it go further and it adds a little something extra. Today I'm doing this for about the 5th time and I'm adding some grated cheese to give it a little extra body

This recipe is great. Being a Nigerian,I added in some ground crayfish and ground red pepper. It was delicious, it reminded me of our Nigerian bean fritters(akara).

I made a Paleo Friendly version of these today. They turned out very nice! I used Almond flour and some coconut flour to absorb the liquids. Nutritional Yeast as a sub for cheese. They are quite yummy especially with homemade tartar sauce!
I made these zucchini fritters tonight. The only difference us I added garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and parmesan cheese. Oh...and I put a little cayenne pepper. They were delish! But...I wasn't crazy about the sour cream with it. I have some leftovers for tomorrow. I'm going to concoct some kind of dipping sauce. But they really were really good.
The sour cream was just kind if bland or something. I'm trying to think of a good dipping sauce. Probably something made with mayonnaise. If you have any good dipping sauce recipes let me know!
Would the batter be ok if it was placed in the fridge for a few hours before I’m ready to fry it? I have a disability and I find it hard to do everything all at once. Your way of cooking literally just makes you love zucchini. Literally i been wanting to cook these zucchini but every time I been making them even when guests come everyone just literally leaves it out lol and it just makes me regret making zucchini
Not sure how they should look like inside, the texture. Just made them and outside they are beautiful like yours. May be next time I will skip flour otherwise they taste delicious. I ate them anyway since they turned out crispy outside but kind of mushy inside (medium heat and 4 min each side). And with sour cream they are even tastier. Very good recipe!
