I tried this recipe out yesterday and have to give it 12 out of 10 because the flavours are spectacular! You can taste every single ingredient & it's so fresh, it's perfect. I could eat them every day!

Akis, Agape, I made these fritters yesterday and fell in love with the herbal flavors. At first, I thought it was too much basil, too much mint but the finished product was perfect. I wouldn't change one thing. I did use coconut flour instead of all-purpose and it was supreme. You are the master. PLEASE give us more vegetarian recipes. σας ευχαριστώ

I wish if you keep on your traditional cooking, its a modern era, people want a modern food or I say they want a twisted food but please do not forget your childhood memories how your mother and their mothers cook for their families,so share the memories with us, next I am going to try yours Gemista,beef stew and g reek pita bread. I just made this & miam miam really good. Munching into this goodies at first bite, you taste the lovely zucchini. Munching further, the medley of feta with that ground cumin & lime zest added gives the kick tantalizing your tastebuds, the refreshing dipping sauce compliment it all..great. I love freshly homemade food. Thanks for the recipe.
Well Akis, more and more your recipes sound just like my Grandfather Charles' description of Great-Gandmother Gerta's cookery from his youth. I will try many of these recipes, and eventually present some of the dishes and desserts to Grandpa. My gratitude in advance!

They are pretending they asked you ”what herbs do you use for this recipe?", and then they are pretending that you replied "yes". Meaning that you use all of them. ( Or a lot of herbs) It's a fake situation to make a joke about you using a lot of herbs, that's all, it's funny lol

I make these all the time, but I use feta, parmesan, and a little mix cheese, also this time I put in 2 spoons of cottage cheese, so good with sour cream dip! Yummy 😋 Healthy

I made these, Delicious!!!!! The only issue I had it was getting watery in the bowl after I strained it. And the cakes were breaking apart. Did I not squeeze the liquid enough?

You are so awesome and we love your shows. The foods are wonderful too! But you are definitely the ONLY Greek that we know about who does not use lemon. We always put lemon and black pepper on everything. Maybe this is a regional thing? Happy day to you!

Bravo Aki, delicious food and so easy. I used maple syrup for the dipping sauce and it was still great. What a great combination!

Its my fav. Its yumm. When you put roasted ground cumin in the dip, the flavor is too good which we put mostly in Indian yogurt.
