These were delicious. I didn’t measure anything and used one very large zucchini. I modified slightly. Used 1/2 flour and 1/2 cornmeal flour. 2-eggs, added season salt and fried in Avocado oil. For the Aioli - used garlic powder, smoked paprika with a dash of cayenne pepper.

I'm confused! Why do take the water out of the Zucchini and then add water back in, in the form of Soda? Can we not leave the more natural water in and put in so Baking Soda?
