I want to try that new Shadow 2 Compact.. I run a Driven Arms Co Shadow 2 Grip Adapter with LOK palmswell aluminum grip panels on my main squeeze 12.5” SBR, so the continuity would be nice. It would also make for some 🔥 pics for the gram, of course..
I love the CZ P-01. I have L/XL hands but not too massive paws and don't have a slide issue, never noticed an issue. It is a slimmer slide on the sides than some others though. DA takes some getting used to, but after some practice it's not bad firing at all and is a nice alternative to the side safety
I love mine, I switch between the G19 and the P01. Mine has the pro package. Between both pistols you think the p01 is way heavier and it isn’t. Only a couple ounces heavier.
I do that something less than a pro package. It looks like the ring hammer so it should most likely not be the prop package or somebody just didn’t know if they were doing everything out but in any of my CZ from Cajun gun Work, you can lower the double action way down if you want to make it super smooth.
It’s one of the BEST compact 9mm you can buy! Mine came from CZ Custom with upgraded springs, pins, sights, guide rod, and cut for an RMR…it’s such a sweet shooting gun! Very accurate. But don’t sleep on the P10C! If you prefer striker fired they are GREAT options
I’m a 53 year old veteran. I do not have a man bun and I hate soy lattes and IPAs. Ergo, I’m no hipster. I love my cajunized P07 so much that I am going to get a P01 next. Keeping my Sig P365 for DEEP concealment but am divesting myself of all other striker fired pistols. ALSO, if you carry appendix, that harder double action is your friend. So, I’ve become a CZ fanboy but definitely not a hipster 😂
I love my P-01. It kind of sits in a world of its own being a compact size DA/SA with an aluminum frame. EDIT: I overall agree with you. I got one because I live in KCK and Kansas city Kansas is stamped on the slide. There are better CCW/Duty/Do-It-All pistols in 2024.
I love czs as i told you today. 9-1-24. I have a tri star /canik clone with a cajun gun works spring kit ill have to let you try. Good chat today. My uncle does it better haha
Polish the internals and properly install a pro kit you should be very smooth with a 7 lb double and 3.5 or so single pull. It wont be anything like a 1911 or 2011 but itll be better than any striker fired pistol out there its wayyyy better than my p229 legion like worlds better not quite as good as my Wilsons or Blackhawks

Pro tip: To manipulate the slide easier wrap your left thumb over the top of the slide on the front serrations and rack it that way instead of trying to grab it like a claw.
Yes indeed, pinching the rear slide serrations between your thumb and index finger and then pushing the grip forward is easier for manipulating the slide.

Yeah but when you compare that trigger to berettas, sigs, and hk’s if falls pretty short.
