Good thing you got those gloves on to not wipe any of that excess oil off 😂

Good idea to keep the two tapped holes in the back so we can mount a rail and regular dot too.

I’m thinking that folks maybe more concerned about 940 pro tactical issues than they are about additions

Holosun seems to be a common brand but do others work as good? Leupold or Vortex I assume have similar options.

Did you use the screws that came with holosun or does Mossberg supply those

Smoky Mountain Guns and Ammo has them for $854.99 - when they're in stock.

Yeah I wish I could get one. Always out of stock. Popular shotgun and rightfully so. But I'll get one eventually!

@@irzyxelwj Shot it today for the first time with slugs and some buckshot. Hits good and once my red dot was dialed in I absolutely loved it.

Does yours hold 7 rounds of buck shot in tube mine does not

Six vs seven rounds will depend on the crimped length of your shells. I've seen 2¾" 12ga buck with crimped (overall) lengths anywhere from just over two inches to over 2.5 inches, depending on brand. If you have a variety of shotgun shells from different manufacturers, measure the length of the different brands... you'll see what I mean. BTW, the 2¾" length refers to the length of the shell once it has been fired, and is fully open and extended. Many people think it refers to the "as crimped" length, but that is incorrect.

Yup mossberg has yet to respond

Yes it does.... mine took the seven the first time I shot it, on the second reload it only would take 4. After taking it apart, the barrel clamp was put on just a smidge too tight from factory but Mossberg was notified and they sent over an new extension tube to replace the one it came with because it might have been warped by the overtightened barrel clamp, not she takes 7+1 and functions like a beast!!.... on a side note, get a trigger adjustment screw( 8/32 thread 3/8" length). The shotguns trigger comes threaded for it but for some reason thescrew is not included. Got mine at Home Depot for a little over a buck, put some blue Threadlocker on it, adjust it and your all set!.... this is my first Shotgun and ABSOLUTELY love it.

Mossberg still hasn't replied to me there customer service is crap.
Can u hold down button to unload the shells without racking the rounds out by charging handle?
      I can't with mine!
