    I just found you. My medicine ball has been sitting there for a few years. I was a bit sore yesterday but I did it again today because I know that the soreness is good and will get better.

      Glad the video was of help. Try doing it every other day so the muscles can repair in between. Good for you staying active!

      @@FitnessWithCindy Yes, i did them both but two isn't enough! Thank you for sharing all of your videos. I like them all and when you go to fast for me I just play the video at a lower speed in youtube until I can learn the routine and keep up with your pace.

    I loved this. Please do more. 10 minutes is a great length. I might need to get a lighter ball 😂. 6 pounds wiped me out!

      Yes, 6 lbs is heavier than mine. Whenever something is new to me, I start off easy and then increase over time. This was just a 2lb ball and I felt it the next day just from using different muscles. I will slowly increase the more I use it. But you could cut down on the reps for a while and then add more. Listen to your body. A little soreness the next day is okay, but not pain! Thank you for the kind remarks and support. Stay healthy!
