    I’m so glade I found you!!! I’ve done almost every yoga class you put out. I love them all! You truly are amazing! Down to how you talk through and explain everything so well. The calmness in your voice. Your encouraging words. The music you play. You are by far my favorite yoga teacher. EVERYTIME I finish your class I don’t just feel better physically but so much better emotionally. The calmness you bring is truly a talent!     This was the best yin yoga ever!!!!! I'm fly a lot for work and this was perfect after a long day of sitting, standing, walking and bending. Your yoga sequences are my favorite as of lately because they really make me FEEL embodied. I go the rest of the day feeling the effects and remembering how connected I am to myself.     I have pretty severe shoulder neck pain I been dealing with for the last couple years and over the last few months it's gotten far worse at a faster rate. I just started this practice about a week ago and trying to do it everyday but regardless it has changed this pain for me and I will continue to push towards doing this everyday. I love how I feel after and for days on ❤ Thank you!
