Not taxed since November 2022, and not MOTd since September 2023, but not SORNd either.
I wonder if that means it was transfered to a dealer?

Most likely sold to a motor trader in November 2022 for sale with a new MOT. It's a 10yr old big 2l Diesel with a £300+/yr tax so wouldn't be surprised that it would still be sitting on a small forecourt, especially if it was in London.

Great result, maybe they should start looking at making the fines and costs higher, people can pay £10s thousands for a vehicle, and they get a fine and costs of around £500. a set of tyres can cost more ....Do the courts /DVLA supply points data to insurance companies ? That really a 3170 kg vehicle? I knew they were useless but had a company tax advantage (now removed) but a revue weight of 3170 kg means that 350 kg of passengers would put it above the 3.5T weight limit where everyone who has passed a driving licence this century will need to do the extra test for a Light Goods Vehicle.

Publishing and making aware to the public at large what happens when people get caught using their phones behind the wheel.
Published on YT there are judges here in the UK giving out court sentences for murder and the reason for their sentence in great detail.
The police also publish people's mug shot of convicted criminals and the sentence handed out to them.
Commit a crime and don't expect to remain the details to remain a secret .😎
