Hi Melvin, I have watched a lot of PLB and NOTG videos and I noticed that you like penthouses. What's your thoughts on a small penthouse (say 950 sqft living space and 500 sqft terrace) for own stay in west OCR for at least 10 years? It appears that small penthouses are harder to exit?

Hi melvin , if i have 4m in cash, would it be better to invest in a landed or shophouse for investment? I am 35 yrs old and currently staying in an inter terrace. We do not intend to move at the moment as we are comfortable with our place now.
If you are buying the landed as investment, you no need to buy absd meh? If you are investing in shophouse, will kena GST and the residential component will kena absd too😂😂
