wondering if old condo (>20yrs old) are still worth to buy for own stay? will it still appreciate?
Shoebox s easy to enter due to low quantum $ but is very difficult to exit..is rental market not great, 2 bedder cut rent,,1 bedder sure suffer..
Is HDB properties (EC and Resale) subject to MSR or TDSR?
