    Shoebox s easy to enter due to low quantum $ but is very difficult to exit..is rental market not great, 2 bedder cut rent,,1 bedder sure suffer..

    Love the part where he emphasizes you cant bring all the properties into your grave and leaving too much for your legacy can be detrimental to creating a weaker generation in the future.
