😂 u peoples worry too much. I bought my hdb resale in 1996, sold in 2002 then bought a hudc, then condo then more properties. just hold on to the unit and don’t sell and buy more. Singapore property is 3 year no Huat, 5 year sure huat, 10 year huat till buay Lin chu. And be thankful to PAP that we have a prosperous and safe Singapore. Btw I don’t even have o level full cert. vote PAP, huat together!
Wah lau! Teach people margin Trading 😂😂😂 can go both way hor. Like that trade financial product there more liquidity and cost is lower. Property is for long terms. Anything below 5 year is speculative and cost ( agent commission , bsd, bank interest rate and so on) of investment is high for property.
