    But Melvin isn't both psf and quantum important? If an older flat is only $1200 psf for 1200 sqft vs a new flat that is 900 sqft only for $1700 psf, isn't it more worth to get the older one? esp if its more exclusive botique project and freehold which tends to be more ex

    Hi, maybe this is for the minority, but people who paid absd (during the 7%, 12% era) will hold the property longer.

      😂 u peoples worry too much. I bought my hdb resale in 1996, sold in 2002 then bought a hudc, then condo then more properties. just hold on to the unit and don’t sell and buy more. Singapore property is 3 year no Huat, 5 year sure huat, 10 year huat till buay Lin chu. And be thankful to PAP that we have a prosperous and safe Singapore. Btw I don’t even have o level full cert. vote PAP, huat together!

    Wah lau! Teach people margin Trading 😂😂😂 can go both way hor. Like that trade financial product there more liquidity and cost is lower. Property is for long terms. Anything below 5 year is speculative and cost ( agent commission , bsd, bank interest rate and so on) of investment is high for property.
