    I have a seamaster quartz and a co-axial 300. After buying the quartz , i purchased a Steinhart titanium 500 , to me it looked very appealing, but once you are used to omega, you can not settle for anything less. The finishing, from the hands to the clasp to the back..is just stunning. So i sold my new steinhart which i purchased directly from steinhart for a second hand co-axial .
    Make no mistake , I am just a software developer, age 30. not an investment banker , and i have strict financial limitations..but my idea is that if you are really really into watches and are willing to spend more than 300-400 dollars for a watch, then keep the dream of owning an omega alive. You dont have the same feeling of owning an omega everyday..but there has been days when i felt a great satisfaction sitting alone looking at my wrist, which instantly pulls me out of my miserable life, feeling like a champion. Growing up in india, i looked at one omega outlet once and asked my mother about what the company does as i liked their logo. I remember my mother telling me "thats for rich people, not for us"....20 years later , i am just coming back from Riverdale NJ omega outlet after inquiring about servicing my 'second' seamaster.
    Like they say it..a watch shows time, a good watch shows good time :) :) Sometimes its your dream, sometimes your social status, sometimes the precision...but its always meant to make you feel good unless you are mortgaging your house to buy it.

      Thank you so much for sharing your perspective Kumudini, it was fascinating to read for me! I have a keen interest in watches of course, but above that it's always interesting to hear the stories that people have. Your story reminds me a little of my father's, whose interest in horology is one of the inspirations for this channel - he grew up in a very poor family and never had a watch at all until he earned his first salary. Since then he has become a bit of a collector, and my interest started from there. Thanks for watching - I hope you found it of value!

      Well said this is so fucking true and it corresponds with my life as well...I owned a speedmaster sapphire sandwich which I will always remember at this point in my life..I'm early 30s too and didn't came from a rich family and it's all about patience and wanting something so bad because you appreciate the watch as it symbolize some milestone in your life as well and beauty and art of watching the materials come together to make his timepiece which lasts for generations...some people call me mindless and say it's just a watch but they didn't understand the value it capture behind it

    Great video. I own a Hydroconquest, and it's a great watch. Tough as old boots, use it for water sports. Criticisms I've heard : Lume - made for easier vision in the day, which suits me. Push pin links, though again doesn't bother me as I never change them. Bezel can be odd to turn, as it has flat bits on it. All in all a fantastic, good looking and very accurate (about 5 secs a day) watch. All for £570 pre owned.

      Thanks Peter. The Longines is a very good watch, and I do like the design and feel very much. It goes to show how sharp the competition is at the ~$1000 mark. I hope to get my hands on one for a review here one day!

    I like your perspective very much. Subtle mods welcome. I need to do a video on one I Have had for many years. The thing that drew me to Invicta is the solid links. I have several Seiko's that are 40+ years old. None have had solid links except my favorite that I changed the band / bracelet on. I had a gifted fake Roles that was quartz. The movement failed after 2 or 3 years partly because the case was plated brass but the bracelet was solid stainless. After 40+ years, it still holds my Seiko. I will have to dig that out soon and get photos. Thanks for an interesting video!

    Really enjoyed the video! One small point I would mention though is that the NH35 Seiko movement is what they sell to other companies to use and effectively is a clone of the 4R36 movement. I would argue that the 4R36 is an upgrade to the 7S26 movement in the SKX.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks Louis - you are spot on regarding the NH35a movement. The 4r35 family (which include the 36 model) is, in my understanding, intended to be a replacement for the older 7s26 line, with added features of hacking and hand winding. I think in the long run it will prove to be just as reliable and dependable, however given that the 7s26 has been around for 20 years with many incident reports of reliable running with no servicing being done, and that in contrast the 4r35 line has only been around for a few years, I have hesitated in considering the latter definitively superior. That's just my take on it... others may feel differently of course. Cheers, Ivan.

    Very nicely done. The chart really brings it into focus, with the Oris showing up quite well. Personally, I have a Christopher Ward C60 which I believe also belongs in the Oris territory.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for that. The new *Christopher Ward C60* is very good looking! All the credentials look great, and ratchet clasp sounds like a bonus. Push pin links are a step behind but it's at a lower price point than the Oris so still forgivable. Love that stamping on the case back, getting to Omega levels there!

    Great video. I have the SKX, SMP and a Breitling Avenger. I've been looking to get my hands on either a Speedy or Sub as my next purchase but your invicta comparison really put some things in perspective. As much as I can appreciate the in house movement, 904 steel, white gold indices etc on the Rolex. Up until the 116610 came out a few years ago, Rolex was still using stamped clasps and hollow links and end links. Makes you think.

    Due to this video , I was interested to find out about certified , chronocentric accuracy of fine watches and based on that info , that Invicta could be within certifications if Invicta wished to pay for a license , and also an expensive watch isn’t guaranteed to keep its great time as parts wear, and the most funny part is more or less any 20 dollar , quartz watch should beat the time keeping and be more accurate than your expensive mechanical watch ,,, so they are just fancy words to make a watch more appealing to the buying public , really interesting stuff when you read up ,, cheers for the review Shane uk 🇬🇧

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for that Shane - it is rather interesting isn't it?
      I would say that the Invicta with Seiko movement, whilst on wrist may perform as if within chronometer range, in actual fact is very unlikely to pass COSC testing if subjected to it... it's an issue with the level of tolerances within the manufacture of the movement AFAIK.
      And you're right, almost any cheap $5 quartz will outperform an expensive mechanical in terms of sheer accuracy (COSC has different standards for quartz actually). So why mechanical? One analogy that comes to mind is an example of tables... one might be made of high quality hardwood, finished by hand. Another made of plastic, exact same size, surfaces more accurately flat & precise compared with the wood. Will perform the same "functions" e.g. carrying weight. But no doubt the wood table will command a higher premium. In various ways, this mirrors mechanical vs. quartz I think.
      Cheers! Ivan.

    I love this "vertical" review. I've had an Invicta for about 7 years, and have been very pleased with it. Cultural references aside, I've always wondered what more money would get me from a mechanical perspective. In fact, there's nothing wrong with the Invicta, but because they are accessible, I doubt I'd invest money to repair it.
    Put another way, You could buy the Rolex and give it to your son. For the same money, you could buy about 100 Invictae, and pass on a new-old-stock diver to each of your descendants for the next two millennia.
    That being said, I'm giving serious thought to buying both the SKX007 and an Oris. It seems that the Oris requires enough investment to get professional grade materials, but not enough to buy a reputation.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for that Daniel, some great thoughts and well articulated. The value comparison of Rolex vs Invicta (and that you could but 1 vs 100) is certainly a point of discussion... for what it's worth, I would point out that the Rolex would easily keep value if kept well, and in fact likely increase in value over time in such a case. With the 100 Invicta it is likely they will be worth a small fraction on resale after a few years. As for generations... the Rolex might last a few generations... Invicta, would be lucky to last a single generation. Neither would last over 100 years I reckon...!

    ur missing a 500$ watch. Tissot seastar 1000, would be a great choice. Sapphire crystal, Ceramic bezel, 80hour power reserve, 300m water resistant, Swiss movement, Great brand. Hacking and manual wind. Cant ask for anything else for a 500$ watch

    Excellent side by side comparison video. I love all models demonstrated, in particular the Oris. Movement aside, to me it really just seemed to be of superior build quality for the most part. Especially when compared to the Rolex. With the Rolex the bracelet seemed to be very rattly, which for a price point of $8,000 would really turn me off. The Omega was quite nice too, for me though, my personal preference was the Oris. Great job

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @ztrinx1 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nobody should really care in that sense. People should always pick what they like the most. But there are more things than "paying for the name" at play here.
      The two most important factors are overall aesthetics and resale value.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My 3 most important factors would be aesthetics, comfort, and function :)

    • @ztrinx1
      @ztrinx1 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh, I wasn't listing what I personally think are the most important factors. I merely pointed out that it is far more complex than "being too old to care about paying for the name".
      In the end, people will always rationalise their own decisions in order to avoid dissonance, and that is absolutely fine.

    • @RedcoatsReturn
      @RedcoatsReturn 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great choice! Actually, amount Swiss like me, the Oris is the insider choice as they have an in-house movement and not ETA like too many of the others. They are very, very long lived with a 10-15 service life. So its the watch you marry so to say!

  • @extracurricular1
    @extracurricular1 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Great video, i just bought a ceramic SMP for my graduation gift and am already thinking about my next future piece. From your experience, do you think Rolex's are worth the money considering the price gap as you have mentioned. I do like Rolex but not sure if I can ever justify the price considering what my SMP already offers and an Omega Aqua Terra (older one with the metal datebox) could offer. This is coming from someone who has never handled a Rolex.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your comment Lee - I think you ask a great question but it's also one that is endlessly debated in many forums, and I think also impossible to give a definitive answer. I think there is no question that Rolex is special and stands out on its own, so what you will be paying for are a lot of intangibles that go with the name. Don't forget also that Rolex hold value better than almost any other brand, and people have said it's like currency in an emergency... Rolex is recognized and valued all over the world. Omega is going from strength to strength but is not Rolex.
      So... if those features of the Rolex brand are important to you, then in a way it's "worth the money"... but if it's coming down to the objective things you can see and feel, you could argue it's not worth the extra dosh.

I chose between three different ones and the blue faces were all a bit different with their own personality. Mine is a bit more violet. Thanks for the feedback Harvard... it's true that there is a big jump to the Oris, and there is a gap asking to be filled. A Promaster is a great suggestion for the $200 mark, and as you noted a higher end Seiko would step into the gap nicely. Great thought - other viewers have definitely picked up on this gap too, but your suggestion is one of the best ones so far! Cheers, Ivan.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh what an enviable position shopping for a diver with $500! You have a huge range to choose from but some of my top ideas would be:
      Seiko Turtle models - classic good looking original design, solid movement, but larger watch
      Seiko Sumo - this may be over $500 but if you can sneak in on discount under $500 it would be a bargain. Large watch
      Steinhart - take a look at their dive range, I particularly like the Ocean Vintage Military
      Glycine Combat Sub - needs no intro this one!

    • @grock_lee
      @grock_lee 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Perth WAtch ive been doing some research about the steinhart, and i really into their design and quality. However some people called it “homage” watches and some say its a ripoff. Do u think it would be a problem if i buy an ocean steinhart and used it daily? I dont even know what is a homage... but i would not prefer if i met friends who really understand watches and they say negative things about my watch

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      "Homage" is an action of paying tribute to something... Steinhart is considered homage by most, and I think those who say it's a ripoff or knockoff miss the mark. There is nothing wrong with an homage, but people may criticise it as having lack of originality. I think the main thing is that you like and enjoy the watch... as long as it's not a blatant knock off, it doesn't matter what others think.

    How nice to hear another Australian voice producing watch videos.
    Disappointed however that unlike your separate review you failed to point out that the NH35a in the Invicta hacks and winds whereas the movement in the SKX doesn't. The Invicta also has applied indices and lume pip on front of the second hand rather on the rear (which can be confusing) as on the SKX. I own the 9094OB (coin edge version) and frankly hate the negativity shown towards Invictas. Certainly they have their faults ... lume especially, as you pointed out. I also agree the gap is too wide between the SKX and the Oris. Apart from those already mentioned this is an area predominately filled by the micro-brands often using interesting case materials such as brass and bronze.
    Have subscribed and look forward to your future productions.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the thoughtful comment Brian - you are totally spot on regarding the Invicta movement. You know I had all these in mind when thinking of this video but somehow when it came to scripting I had left it out!
      Regarding the applied markers, I had tried to find out whether they are hand applied, which would be a plus for the Invicta, but couldn't confirm this. Still, it's a fair point in that the markers are not just flat printed.
      I agree regarding the mostly unfair negativity shown towards the brand - I think they do very fair work for the prices asked.

    • @brianhinder3652
      @brianhinder3652 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Understood Rob. How Invicta choose to market and price their product is up to them however. Apparently they are quite successful having recently acquired the Glycine brand. I suppose the Invicta 'haters' will view that as trying to buy integrity. :-)

    • @mrfuriouser
      @mrfuriouser 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rob Johnson I understand and agree with that overall point, however, they make so much $ on the cheaper, falsely priced items that appeal to the fashion watch crowd. That is what contributed to their overall financial success- not playing to the horological community as we would prefer. It does make the brand identity quite confusing, and finding their quality watches more of a chore than a pleasure.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Fair thought... I guess some of this is relative. I personally would have no qualms diving with the Oris, it's a watch that's built in tough fashion and, to me, not overtly expensive. To others $8000 for a Rolex might be pocket change, whereas to another person $200 would be a full week's wages or even more...

    The Rolex submariner is a beautiful watch. I like in particular the angular thick[ish] lugs, which are immediately recognisable.. However, is it really worth in excess of £9,000?.. I very much doubt it..
    However, value, of course, is entirely subjective, and my personal opinion on the matter is absolutely inconsequential 😁 haha.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for those thoughts! A steel Sub is available for about US$8k presently. I think many find it hard to splurging that much on a watch... but one thing about Rolex (and only a couple of other brands) is that it holds value, and in fact a good condition Sub that goes out of production is likely to appreciate in value. So in a way it's actually reasonably considered an investment unlike many other brands. Cheers, Ivan.

      Perth WAtch you know after I posted the comment I did think about that. Do you have a very old SKX? Perhaps the bracelet long ago was different. The one I have is about 3 yrs old. Still not a strapcode quality bracelet but very fair and very comfortable.

      @PerthWAtch  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mines not an old one, similar age to yours but I think it may be related to region of distribution. The bracelet I put on it is from that very old (20 years) Seiko kinetic, and that interestingly has more solid links!

    Omega is a great watch. Far as the Invicta goes, stay away if possible. If not, never pay more than around a hundred bucks for one. I do have three, two grand divers and one diver. All with Japanese movements. Nothing to brag about, but the watches are OK for the prices I paid. Considering they're all Chinese made, accept the movements.

    This was a really good, considered video. Subscribing now. Are you familiar with the Grand Diver from Invicta? I just did a video on one which is essentially the same Pro Diver that you have here, but with solid end links, a proper machined clasp, and other build quality improvements. The downside is that it's much bigger and heavier, but you might want to get hold of one. It would make a good addition to a lineup like this for a future video. Well done!

    A Very Very Informative Review ... I am NEW to watch collecting so my views are Naive, Simple & even Immature to the Professionals below who are Experts and have learned a lot about watch Craftsmanship, Quality, Value like your many subscribers commenting on this video, but from the perspective of a Beginner who has a very good salary & drives a Cadillac ... I can see buying ONE holy grail watch over $ 1,000 dollars as a Nice to Have Fun item (sort of like having ONE special Girl, or ONE special Car, or ONE special Timepiece) ... BUT the prices you quote above for the Oris, Omega & Rolex are absolutely SHOCKing, enough to give a Beginner a Heart Attack ... and I'm not talking about a Businessman Investor Collector who buys & sells for profit (that to me is a different matter altogether ... or the Horologist who does reviews, of course ! ) but if you are a normal hard working person, to spend that kind of hard earned cash for a Collection of Shockingly "Overpriced" Brands that impress No One but yourself, seems Heart Stopping to me ! For example, one commentator below says a Seiko is "Rubbish of poor quality" and yet I wear a Seiko everyday for work ... a Turtle, a Monster, a Yeti or GMT Kinetic all for under $400 and I am in Hog Heaven as to me they are Great and yes, I'll get that ONE special girl, I mean Grail watch for over $ 1,000 which will impress no one but ME, as trust me, girls & people could care less what's on your wrist, only YOU know its true value to you ... Thanks to your informative detailed review I know I'm in the right place for Me regards Satisfaction and in the right price range for Value !!
    Keep Up The Excellent Work, Major Jim, USMC

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for your thoughts Jim - I think you bring a fresh and valid perspective to this. You may consider yourself a "beginner" but that doesn't make your well thought out views any less valid than someone else's IMO. The world of watches is in large part a world of luxury, and that in reality means excess and gratuity in some cases. At the same time perspective can also be very relative... I think $4k truly is a large amount to spend on a watch and *must* be considered luxury. For me this may be a handful of times a life thing, for the next person it may be once or never, for the next perhaps once every couple of years (I mean not just watches, could be any other jewelry or luxury). Pull it out even further, for some this is chump change, and an example of serious watch is this: www.swissluxury.com/richard-mille-watches-rm-002.htm (I'm assuming you're comment about myocardial infarction is hyperbole, if it isn't, please don't click! :D)
      If after that you're game for more of a zoom out, search out "Patek Sky Moon Tourbillon" - this holds the current record for list price for a brand new watch (i.e. fresh out of factory, no history or celebrity owner, etc).

    • @jamessantana2071
      @jamessantana2071 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      HOLY SMOKES A MILLION DOLLAR WATCH !!! I Just Died & Went to Heaven ! ... And to think, that may only be "Chump Change" for someone Truly Takes My Breath Away (I hear Putin has a pricey collection) ... Your comment, "The world of watches is in large part a world of Luxury and that in reality means Excess" shows a lot of Wisdom acquired from many years of Horological study and has been a tremendous Eye-Opener for me, somewhat like getting a Watch College Education all in one breath and helps me Understand what I never realized before, whereas in my world in America watches are principally purchased by the majority of the people to tell time & usually for never more than $ 500 (as proof look at the high sales of Seikos & Fossils & Invictas )... now I also understand there is a Larger World of the Luxury Timepiece Industry Where Price Knows No Limit and just as financially Lucrative or even more so than the lower priced volume sales business ... and Thanks to your keen knowledge of Horology I've also learned a second insight, that an Expensive watch "Means Different Things To Different People," so while Expensive is $ 500 to most people I know in the USA, $ 1,000 to me is pushing my limit, $ 4,000 is pricey to You, a Denmark reviewer said a $ 4,800 watch is spending a Fortune in Denmark, and finally back to the non Luxury volume world of $ 100 watches that are priced high for my wife & her friends. Thanks for the Great Horological Insights and the Class (My Brain Hurts from all this Knowledge), Major Jim, USMC

    Would you chose a Rolex over an Omega if price is a consideration ? Well the answer has to be no. However, the big picture, a Rolex is an investment and has been for many years. I have three and all have increased in value ( I look after them & wear lesser watches daily) I would struggle to name any other mainstream watch that will genuinely increase in value.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the comment... I'd have to agree with you about the notion that Rolex is the only mainstream brand that has investment potential. There might be some pieces here and there in other brands, but it's more touch and go... With Rolex it's quite consistent. I once heard that there are really only 2 brands with this characteristic, the other being Patek (which is certainly not mainstream). Cheers, Ivan.

      Hi there, I have not heard of that brand myself and would be very cautious paying the asking prices for it, seems like some of their models list for close to GBP1000 (??) but then get discounted heavily. There are some comments around saying that it's stated Made in Germany but photos I see don't have that on the watch face or back, so it's most likely Chinese made. That in itself does not mean it's bad, but there is very little objective info I can find on this, so I would stay away until I can find out more, and/or get one in hand to actually feel the product myself.
      If you are interested in a model like the one you listed, why not consider something like an Ingersoll Cimarron? I will post a review on this soon, so keep a look out :)

    Enjoyed your video! Wow! $8-9,000 for a watch. I wonder what my father or grandfather would think. I'm so impressed with the Invicta brand with big flashy builds for a $hundred or so. Love the 50-53mm builds, flashy and heavy. I get comments every day on any of the 32 that I own and have a few dollars left for a good steak dinner or a new car. If you really have it, does it matter, I think not but for most Americans, they are so much better off with something to flash and just toss/give away when it's tattered or worn. I have 2 arms but I just cant keep my watches from banging into everything.

I would be hesitant to consider it a definitively superior movement.

      Thanks for sharing your view. How would you say the Oris is better? Sellita SW-200 is undeniably inferior to the ETA 2892. The Omega is also a chronometer and has the coaxial escapement, and bracelet that is significantly harder to make. What does the Oris have that is superior?

      You're spot on - Perth, Australia! This was actually purchased from a dealer in Singapore, from all I can tell with close inspection it's completely legit, with cards and all also. I think there seems to be variation in the way these bracelets are produced, as that 1980's Kinetic I took the bracelet from actually had more solid style links.

    The recent micro brand and small manufacturers quality divers for the $$$...
    Instead of invicta, start out with the Phoibus 300m "Great White". For $169 you get a diver that shares many components with Steinhart Ocean One.
    Keep the SKX next in line! Awesome watches.
    The Seiko Tuna.
    Next let's ditch the Oris and go with the Seiko Marine Master.
    After that there is the Omega Sea Master. I do not disagree with this choice.
    This is where it ends as Rolex charges ridiculous stupid price for their watches. Really... $8000.00 for a diver that's not really that great. There are micro-brands that kick it's ass for $3000.00.
    For the average Joe the SKX will go anywhere and back.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your very thoughtful comments! The "Great White" looks like a very good value proposition - I see it is relatively new so in fact was not available when this video was made. I will contact Phoibos to offer to review this piece, hope they will be interested!
      I think the Seiko Tuna or Monster or Turtle are all great pieces, and Seiko overall is an absolute top brand, but I also thought it best to feature at most one from a brand, or it starts to look biased. The Marine Master watches are truly awesome pieces, but at around $2000+, it's simply something I didn't have access to (and still don't!) - if only someone can lend me one...
      Rolex is overpriced, I'd be the first to agree with that, but I guess the intention here was to try to show what you're getting for the price level. Seiko gives anyone a serious run for money, especially in the value department, but there is still that intangible X-factor with certain companies...

    I'm surprised Oris is your midtiered watch. I would've went with the Sinn or Damaskos solely because they're different in steel (cold steel and 304L) and both have high anti-magnetism which you'll see only in omega's coaxial and Rolex maugauss (which is ugly) watches. All this for an astonishing $1300, which is cheaper than oris even in the grey market.

      Hi, thanks for the comment! You're absolutely right in that the Seiko is the only watch here that had been put through ISO 6425 standards. Rolex for one have never bothered with ISO testing but have a very long track record of performance under various tough conditions. Cheers, Ivan.

      You're right... the style is quite different and Oris is certainly the thicker. There are a number of reasons why I would pick the Oris, namely: It's one of the best tool watches (one of the best lume applications, solid design, fantastic bezel), more original design compared to Hydroconquest which is slightly more generic, it feels overall better in hand (I have also held the Longines) and they are independent of the large watch groups.

    Every time I watch a video about the different levels/tiers of watches it plateaus at Rolex... I don't get it. After Rolex you've bot Bloncpain, then AP, then A. Lange, then Patek, etc. How is it that the "5 tiers" of watches all fall in the range of$100-$10,000? If a Patek Nautilus costs $50,000....what tier is that?

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  7 ปีที่แล้ว

I can't speak for what others have done but for myself, I simply do not have access to an AP, or Lange, or Blancpain etc. Would love to feature those in comparisons when/if I ever get my hands on one! I don't think there is an answer for what tier is a $50k Patek Nautilus - the "tiers" are arbitrary to start with. Cheers, Ivan.

    To correct this guy, there is a significant difference between 316L and 904L steel including a big difference is price too.
    904L has a much higher, deeper luster than the 316, not just more corrosion resistance, visibly more aesthetically pleasing to look at

      @PerthWAtch  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not debating the cost of these silly watches cos in my opinion, no watch in the world should cost thousands, its just a wrist worn time piece and nothing more.
      But, contrary to what you may believe, the difference isn't just skin deep with the metal, it is significantly higher in cost to manufacture in the first place BUT, totally unnecessary as 316L is just fine (grand seiko's come to mind).
