1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3 Tbsps. granulated sugar
Mango Buttercream
1 cup salted butter, at room temperature
1 can condensed milk (396 ml)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup mango puree
6 Tbsps. powdered sugar
