    Ooh Vanessa!! This was a tough one!! I felt it in every muscle in my body for 2 days afterwards!!😮 But that's how I know it was working😂. Thank you!! This is now in my Playlist of Dumb bell workouts to do on regular basis. Love it!!

    Nice workout.For another video I suggest when you for example do bicep curls use both band and dumbells.light weights and light band can be heavy together. I think one arm at a time is enough.Of course you can do it with other muscles too .Another suggestion is an easy workout, something with balance and coordination.Maybe iinclude some dancesteps. Something we can have fun with.
