Step one, lower window. 2. disconnect wiring harness. 3. close the door. 4. open front door. 5. unbolt the hinges from the door. 6. remove door by holding the door from the top, unlatch the handle and lift door off. Reverse the process to install the new door.
Appreciate it man! I’m about to try this sometime next week. Seems pretty simple. Is removing the hinges necessary if they’re still in good shape and if you’re just replacing the door.
Any idea if this would still work if I can’t get the door open from the inside or outside? my one driver side rear door is stuck on my Chrysler 300 not sure how to go about it.
If the door doesn't open is it because of a crash, or is the door handle broken. You could remove the door by undoing the screws. And Maybe the door can be slightly repositioned. Also maybe grease the side edge of the door so it can possibly open and close easier. Hope this gives you some ideas to work with.
Very useful, thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you! And yes the electric hookup made me want to cry. Comparatively, it was all smooth sailing after that. Thanks for the vid!
Nice!

Thanks for the quick reference guide.
Thank you. Sitting in a Mexican restaurant and a dude comes in and wants to sell us doirs. Ours are damaged badly. Gonna try it this afternoon
Did it work?
Thanks bro
Glad it helped!
@@FixCarYourself deff homie 💪🏼
Do you know the weight of front an rear doors? Thanks in advance
No, but the front is much heavier than the rear.

Thanks glad it helped. Nope no reason to remove the hinges, if still good. I replaced just a door and kept the original hinges.

Do you need to replace the hinge if the existing hinge is not damaged? (Stupid question, probably...)
Nope
