It's difficult to stomach Margaret Clausen and witness her egregious behavior. Her level of arrogance and dismissiveness is off-the-charts embarrassing. As the SUPERintendent, she sets the tone for how others perceive this body. She has failed miserably to provide the leadership necessary. She never lets up. What is involved here... an overinflated ego? Is she upset because she doesn't know how to deal with the statutorial shortcomings of the entity that she supposedly represents? I hope white-woman "Karen" privilege isn't at play here... Many thanks to the viewer who suggested that George visit this public entity. Dead-on accurate about what George would encounter when dealing with this place and these people. The taxpayers of Skokie, Illinois need to do some house cleaning and toss out the trash.

I’d much rather have a rude FOIA officer who is FOIA compliant or at least knowledgeable. This FOIA officer was nice and polite, but she seemed SO confused.
Jesus christ..it's very clear and very simple. If an officer pulls you over and asks for your license, can you tell them it's recorded with the department of motor vehicles ? No. But there is zero accountability with our public employees. It's absolutely absurd.

This video is probably one of my favorite AUDIT THEM so far. It shows how professional George is despite Margaret Clausen's disdain and childish threats. "I don't give my consent." (She doesn't even understand the laws involved with regard to recording public servants while they are performing their duties in a public place. I wonder if Margaret Clausen is one of those EdDs or PhDs who likes to go around reminding everyone and/or referring to herself as "doctor."*** Insert laughter! ) ***While I applaud any higher education she has, it is quite laughable when people are that full of themselves. My three oldest children are real doctors; my daughter is a PharmD and my boys are actual medical doctors. My husband has a lowly PhD like Margaret. Half of these people who say "it's on the website" have no idea if it really is AND if it is they wouldn't know how to find it themselves. This creates a barrier for the Public to get information, auditor or not. Additionally, lying should be absolutely unacceptable for public officials. They hold a position of trust, and should not lie under any circumstances. The public generally trusts a public official to know what theyre talking about so if they dont know they shouldnt act like they do.

The one thing that infuriates me every time George asks someone to do their job, answer a question, etc. is "He or she is in a meeting."
