    • @harukasatou1359
      @harukasatou1359 4 ปีที่แล้ว +95

      But paying for damages they cause would be "inconvenient" and might inhibit a power-high deputy from doing the one thing he joined the force for. An unrestricted power-trip with the feeling of being above the law, being the law itself and having immunity to your defence while they abuse you, attack you and infringe on your rights.
      Nobody becomes a cop to "protect and serve" that's bullshit. It's because of the pension, and that they were bullied in high-school and the only way they can feel adequate as a man, rather than an impotent sissi-boi, is to harass, attack, beat, torture and maim without so much as a retaliation. And if you do defend yourself, they can say that they "feared for their life" and end yours, then be backed up by the "thin blue line" so that they ever get charged for murder, and never even have to apologise.
      If this a cop reading this, know that I hate you, and with all the times I've gotten arrested for being in a bad neighbourhood and "posessing" drugs that I don't have, or having "too much cash in my wallet" even though I just cashed my check for the work I do as an electrician to feed myself, or getting thrown on the ground because my car "smells like weed" (Which it didn't! I wasn't fucking high bastard!). Know that if I could, I'd rape your tight cop boipussy (asshole) till it bleeds and then fuck that face till your vocal cords are damaged and you can't speak anymore! You're scum and I hate your guts you dirty squealing swine fuck!

      The weigh station in my home town/county near the border cost something like 5 million dollars. Every year they they get close to catching close to the amount of drugs needed to fund to rebuild it.
      The one permanent border patrol stop all they do is ask if your a Us citizen or just wave you through most days. I think it’s there to deter drug traffic and people picking up hitchhikers there. (There’s a prison near by).
      The truly effective ones are the ones they’d set up randomly for a couple of days somewhere along the highway. Scared my 15yr old ass when I was helping my grandpa out and we were coming back from the ranch with his 3 Mexican helpers (who I think definitely came across illegally 20-40 yrs ago but are now naturalized citizens) and I forgot my driver’s license and was sure I was going to prison (idiot 15 yr old me not knowing crap). They saw my grandpa (who came through the previous day) and had a good chat, waved us through forgetting to ask about our id.

Of course you need to be registered as a citizen, if you don’t, you legally have no rights, which is the case in all countries. Which country doesn’t tell the military what to do? The military is part of the government. If they couldn’t, the military could do anything like take over the country.

    • @JennWest-Liberty
      @JennWest-Liberty 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Brian Lin you’re wrong in everything you just said. Citizens are members of the United States for defence purposes and have no rights wxcept those that the government chooses to let them have. Free people not under any obligation have all their rights. No child is required to be enrolled or registered and public schools are government schools, no one is required to attend government schools. Schools originally belonged to free people and the government took them over through various tactics of usurpation of power. The United States never was and isn’t a country it is a creation for defence purposes, a corporation doing business for defence of free people.
      There is a government report from 1956 that explains al this.

      Instead of spreading agents out all along the border, it's more effective to set them up in checkpoints along the main routes the illegals use to move further into the country. If this were a balanced piece, it would have given us examples of the checkpoints' effectiveness, e.g., drugs seized, human traffickers arrested, etc. I've been through these checkpoints probably a hundred times. The agents run a drug-sniffing dog around your car, look in your window and ask if you're a US citizen. I tell them, "Yessir," and I'm on my way. They're looking for suspicious behavior, folks. If you're driving a windowless van that looks like it's weighed down with passengers, headed away from the border, and you refuse to say where you're coming from, guess what? That's suspicious. Same goes for when the dog alerts. And incidentally, the dog alerts not by jumping up and barking, but by SITTING DOWN, so the person transporting the drugs won't be alerted. You can't say the dog DID NOT alert unless you were outside the car watching it. Ironically, though, a lot of the checkpoints have been closed recently, so the agents can be transferred to the border to help process the illegals picked up there during this "crisis." Happy now?

Not mention they are over 100 miles inland and some of these people have to deal with this shit EVERYDAY just to get to school and work. This is just like a test run for a police state or martial law. American citizens have rights but ONLY as long as we fight to keep them because as you see here they give no fucks about violating them just because they are on a power trip that day.

      Border checks are not subject to the 4 th amendment, for the most part. The problem is that the Supreme Court has upheld border checks within a “reasonable” distance of any exterior border, clouding the oceans. The government has determined that this reasonable distance is 100 miles. So all of Florida, Maine, NH, NJ, all of NYC and part of upstate, a huge portion of california, Oregon and Washington, etc, all subject to these check points. And courts have said that the agents have to right to ask you anything they want, but you are not required to answer under the 5 th amendment. But if you don’t answer, they will pull you off the line, and may have the drug sniffing dog go around your car, and if the dog alerts, then they have “reasonable suspicion” to search your car. They take the position that the dogs never falsely alert. If they don’t find drugs, they say that the dog was alerting to a past presence of drugs. (I watched the entire Pastor Anderson trial on youtube. Fascinating. He was acquitted by the way. He also sued and got a nice settlement.)

    For those who are unsure of modern law:
    Detaining someone requires a reasonable suspicion. This can be a broken headlight, or not using your headlights at night time.
    Arresting someone requires probable cause. This is when a police officer sees cocaine in your car and can legally search you.
    All these searches present in this video are illegal searches. They don't satisfy probable cause. They just search without permission. If this ever happens to you, I highly suggest you press charges against the agent/agency. I hope this helps.

Look up the Supreme Court case of U.S. vs Martinez-Fuerte which gave the Border Patrol checkpoint authority within 100 air miles from the border. These are Federal Agents not state or local police officers you wrongfully described. Why do you think the moron lawyer in this video no longer takes Border Patrol/federal cases? He lost every time. I've often said these same things about DUI checkpoints. I do not think people should drive under the influence. But I don't feel like I should be stopped and interrogated because I happen to be driving on a certain road at a certain time.

    This seems reminiscent of 1935 when Hitler setup checkpoints, looking for enemies of the state.

    Does King realize these rules would apply to Long Island? How would he like it if his friends in Massapequa were getting stopped, hauled out of their cars, and asked questions that there's no reason to ask?

      This policy is thanks to conservatives getting "tough on the border."

    • @chrissmith9151
      @chrissmith9151 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      We want to get tough using armed patrols ON THE BORDER, not inside our country. The problem is that we let in the illegals and create situations that incentivize them to come here illegally. THAT has been the work of the liberals. We also have a police force that is militarized which doesn't help.
      Stop giving illegals welfare, and letting them work here. Then, secure the actual borders. That would fix 90% of the problem.

      Debbie Bradley - It's up to us to stop them. They'll continue doing it, and things will become increasingly dystopian. Until we stop them.
      It wouldn't take much, of course, but it will require us to organize.

    • @anonymousnearseattle2788

      Walter Black - Sort of... Most of the time, our "choices" consist of one candidate who promises to make things worse or another candidate who promises to make things better but ends up either doing nothing or allows things already set in motion by predecessors to become progressively worse. At this point, the system is hopelessly corrupt, and the whole thing needs to be reset. And by reset, I mean a hard reset.

    • @djones9122
      @djones9122 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      ViralTuber you would do this too if they gave you all that nice stuff to wear and test on American citizens what do you think a 90 year old man will do to you go west Morons

    • @TruthHurts2u
      @TruthHurts2u 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Because sanctuary cities aren't what Fox news has been telling you they are. All a sanctuary city does is tell the federal govt if they want to go after illegal aliens they'll have to use their own money and resources to do it. In other words, why should we spend our local money and resources chasing someone you want?

    • @seanhazelwood3311
      @seanhazelwood3311 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess you forget about the state and city funds that go towards welfare for illegals? And your politicians that cry about how "cruel" it is to try to stop illegal immigration? Sanctuary City means just that...a safe place for illegal aliens to hide.

    K-9 units can be trained to "signal" at the slightest trigger from its handler (say twitch a select finger), if the handler, their peers or superior wants to with no other demonstrable reason. Crippling select towns is NOT a mere coincidence, it is intentional.

      +NonyaBusiness! As a Mexican who crosses the border (legally, I might add) often, and has done so for years, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THE BORDER PATROL. This also makes me laugh like you wouldn't believe.
      As a matter of fact, I've socialized with several over the years and I've found them to be decent folks. Some people just don't know how good they have it.
      If someone tried mouthing off like that to an officer of the law in any other country in the world, they would just dissapear and never be heard from again.
      It's the ICE people right at the border that this piece should be about. They're the scary ones.
