That's a clownish statement given eminent domain, civil forfeiture cash seizures and qualified immunity are all republican championed issues which Democrats and especially Progressives oppose to the point of ridicule@@lukesutton4135. Michigan's Walbergh is an exception and not the rule. As noted below, civil forfeiture cash seizures were implemented and signed into law within the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 under Ronald Reagan. Biden needs to answer for his support but so does every President since Reagan (including Trump) and every other elected official involved. That is the difference between Dems and Repubs- Dems hold their own accountable. It's ridiculous we still take Republicans seriously within our Democratic Republic and it's also ridiculous so many Americans have mouths full of republican fish hooks, such as yourself.

You cannot carry more than 10,000.00USD thru airports. You would have to report the amount on a Disclosure document and still provide prove of origin of the cash.

His lawyer also sued the TSA and guards involved. The reasoning is TSA only job is to determined passengers and item boarding a plane does not pose a safety risk. CASH IS NOT A SAFETY RISK. It is also not illegal to transport cash inside of the USA.

@chillwill5080 You cannot say criminals are criminals twice in my time of being a business owner I hired ex-cons, both of them felon drug dealers. Both were exemplary employees and turned their lives around. After hearing no after no from so many employers all they needed was a hand up, someone to take a chance on them and point them in the right direction.
It is people like you and your attitude that keeps many people in a life of crime even after they have paid their debt to society.

It happens SO MUCH MORE than the average person knows. This is on the federal level...so it happens...probably every day. On a lower level, it happens hundreds of times a day. I am an addict and in my active addiction more than twice have I been arrested for a small amount of personal drugs and anything over 200 dollars siezed and confiscated due it being drug money (insinuating I'm a dealer). Never had enough on me to be a dealer nor have I ever been charged with any intent to distribute anything. I was told I can request it back in court from the judge. I went into court with proof that the money is my disability I received THE DAY OF ARREST and the judge simply says nope you're not getting that money back. Happened twice with over $500. It's not $100,000 but think how many different ways they steal our money from how many different people in just a day. Disgraceful.
