It’s hard to help you on this matter. Is your set up same as this set up? Check if cables are properly plugged in, or try using other cables as they could be distorted. Sometimes microphones cause the noise or being charge while in use.

I see. Try nyo po munang pagpalitin ang mga cable. Like gamit po kayo ng ibang TRRS cable, yong 3 guhit at the end to connect to your phone & maono. Or use other port for recording or make sure nakaconnect ng maayos like try nyo pong tanggalin ang case or cover ng phone nyo po.

Is your adapter from the Apple store? That’s the one I’m using on my videos. I don’t know yet what other brand works for Recording. The adapter I bought from some site, only works for listening the audio with effects but won’t work for Recording. If you can’t buy from Apple Store you might want to try adapter that supports calling but I can’t really guarantee coz I have not tried it yet

You can connect 1 headset (earphone or headphone with mic) to the HEADSET PORT and another earphone or headphone without mic to the OUTPUT PORT of the Maono lite
As per my test, one at a time only to connect a BT headphone or earphone but you will need wireless BT transmitter. As per my test there is an Audio delay if connected via BT
Yes. Please note if your dynamic mic won’t work, most likely you need a fethead. If your condenser mic won’t work most likely you need an external 48v phantom power.

Thanks for the support. If the music was recorded and vocal has less echo, try lowering the music volume. Have you tried setting echo to the max. Also try using the next vocal mode which is the POP (Effect button).

Yes you can listen through your laptop speaker. It might feedback when mic is used, just watch out. When connected to a laptop, instead of selecting Maono as your speaker, select built in speaker of your laptop.
@@jenuds Interesting, when I try to check or test my MIC, the laptop does not recognize the vocal. It shows green as active in the sound setting for record but slightly grey. The playback shows both maono as well as laptop playback and i have tried dissabling maono
I am having a issue setting mine up. I want to have my phone calls sent to my computer with this so i can record them. I want my computer sounds and the person i am calling come through my head phones. Is that able to be done with this. Any help would be great.
Connecting an external speaker or BT speaker/earphone, these are only for monitoring. Once you had set all the audio level, you can record to mobile provided it’s connected to the live port of the sound card. If you have no earphone or external speaker, you can record directly. I suggest record a short one then check the recorded audio output then adjust then record again until you set the desired audio level.
Are you using an iPhone with lightning adapter? Perhaps the adapter is the issue as not all works. Most are only as headphone adapter and won’t work for streaming. I got mine from Apple Store.

Use 3.5mm trs cable male on both ends. Connect from headphone port of laptop to AUX port of the Maonocaster lite. I hope you’re using the right phone usb c or lightning adapter as not all works for Recording/Streaming.
Can’t really recommend a mic as I do not have many microphones. I used Zingyou bm 800 condenser mic in this video. If you can connect a mixer to this sound card, for sure Rode NT1A mic is better. Rode NT1 A works also if connected directly.
I purchased one for fun. This little system is great for pre-record your videos, BUT not going live. Warning! Your music input will not work while live streaming (the sound/music) is faded, like far away; I can't hear it. Live streaming is just for mic, no sound pre installed effects work while live streaming nor does the music input (regardless if it is connected by Bluetooth or 3.55) This was testes on my ticktok live stream. Good for pre-record videos only.
I am not 100% sure for Tiktok Streaming coz I can’t really do na test as I am not qualified to go live. But I think it should work. I’m not sure what connection you did. I do appreciate your response. I have an account on tiktok with over 100k followers. I only use it for fun. Last night, I tried to live streaming using the maono caster. Everything worked except sound effects (clapping, cheering, etc...) and the music input. No one could hear the music or the sound effects. The microphone worked perfectly. So this makes me believe it's a ticktok issue. That's my guess. Everything was connected correctly. 3 hours of trying to fix it and emailing tiktok.
Sorry to hear that. As I said I can’t go live stream on Tiktok as I am not qualified. So you could be right. You should try FB live, and if it work on Fb and won’t work on tiktok, then your theory must right.
@Jenuds stuffs Indeed. I could go on FB to test and mostly will. You did mention the loop back option. Should I try the loop back option even though I am setting up two phones? One connected to tiktok, the other connected for music?
@@edwarddibello7348 As far as I know loop back has to be turn on if you’re doing live streaming from a computer and at the same time music is from the laptop so your viewers can hear the music you’re playing. But if you’re streaming from an phone as you said, it shouldn’t matter unless you’re using stream yard or something else. So if you’re streaming from a phone, that phone is connected to live 1 or 2 or 3 while your music is connected to the aux in or via Bluetooth. Did you make sure not to turn on the side chain as it lowers your music volume as you talk

Yes. The button that says Music Only. It depends on the song being uploaded to sites. Some songs, output is great but some are awful. Best to use a karaoke song instead.

Is there record volume knob on high? Can you hear it on your earphone? When you livestream or recording try using the voice changer, if you your voice did not change then you need the right phone otg adapter.

I had noticed the effect sound is quite loud when doing live stream. I had tried to press and hold opening button to reduce the volume to the minimal but during live stream it is still quite loud. Is there anyway to further reduce the effects volume?

I have not tried connecting it yet to Ableton live. The name is Maono AU200. If it doesn’t read, perhaps you need to use another application. I’ll be making a video on it once I figured it out.
If there is no echo on your recording but you can hear it on your earphone, then your your phone is not connected to the sound card at all. You should buy an original adapter as some of them are only for listening but not won’t work for Recording.
Sorry I can't really test on them as I do not have those kinds of microphones. I should they should be good as they're both maono microphones to pair with the Maonocaster lite Console.

Did you make sure the adapter you used is compatible to your phone? If not it might work as headphone adapter but will not work for Recording. Other option is to use a usb c camera adapter then usb c to usb c cable to connect to the otg port of maono lite

It looks like PM420 does not have a headphone port on the mic. If I’m right, unfortunately Up can’t connect that to a sound card. I do not know yet. What adapter to need to need them. How to record everything what you showed, on the Computer. What when the battery dies fully, can one replace it or will the device work on DC/AC power.
Here is.a video connecting to a laptop. For recording just open the camera of your laptop then start recording. Connections are the same. Battery is built in, not sure if you can replace it. Connecting to a computer also charges the battery. Or you can charge same how we charge phone using a power block.
Good day po. I followed all the instructions on this video and I can’t get the condenser mic recorded on my iphone 12. Regular voice pa din. I also tried it on my android phone and it’s the same. I can only hear the condenser microphone on my headset/monitor. Please help.
Check if the RECORD volume is on high. If yes, but still no audio on your recording/ streaming, most likely it’s the phone adapter issue as some adapters like the ones I bought from other store you can only hear all effects but will not work for Recording/Streaming. I bought my lightning and usb c adapter from the Apple Store and that’s what I’m using for my videos. If you can’t buy from Apple Store try adapter which supports calling coz someone commented before that’s the other option.
Output port is for connecting an external speaker-could be portable or big speakers. S per experience, audio feedback happens if mic is pointing or close to the external speaker. If you not like thin or high pitch sound, try lowering the HI volume knob and the Echo volume.

In my opinion, a few factors causes it. The more connections you have the more possible you will hear it. Grounded cables, electrical interference, not enough power supply and sometimes charging while in use.
Can i connect a 3.5mm jack with two rings (stereo) on the "music input" of the maono and the other end is the 3.5mm with 2 rings coming from the green audio output of my PC?
@@jenuds i have a problem, madam. i tried to connect the type c port on the Maono and the other end the big usb to my pc, while on the music output of maono is a 3.5 mm jack while on the other end is a red and white rca jack connected to my mixer input, there was a sound in the music knob of maono but there was no sound on the mic knob of the maono. even it was on full volume. where did i got wrong? hoping for an answer on this. thanks.

why do I hear over the speaker the commands when I change the voices? How can I shot this off? SOund stuppid when you sing and you hear FEMALE or Male voce command when you switch.
Are you using an iPhone with lightning adapter? Perhaps it’s not connecting at all to the sound card. If you’re using an iPhone, perhaps it’s the lightning adapter issue.
I did not use any app or software to record song to my iPhone. Simply open built in camera then video, then record as I showed on My video. But you might need an adapter that works. From Apple Store sure will work as the one i bought from Amazon did not work for Recording, only serves as a headphone adapter not for recording.

Yes for recording a song, you do not need a speaker. To record you should use the cable that has 3 lines on both ends to connect to your phone phone recording (output 1 or 2 or 3 of the sound card to your phone) and another cable with 3 lines on both ends to connect from Music input of the sound card to the other device for the karaoke music. Of course you connect your mic then a headset or headphone. Just make sure the RECORD volume knob is on high a swell as the Music.
I am having a issue with the sound effects. When using audacity on the computer, I can record audio but the sound effects aren't recording ( just dead air). But if I use the phone to record the sound effects will record. Any idea what I can do to fix this?
I presumed maono is connected to you computer via usb c to usb type a. If so try this. if you're trying to record sound effects to the maono, turn on loop back then start recording.
Hi, thank you for the tutorial. What if I would like to do live singing stream on any social platform, the set up would be the same? I would like to connect my studio active monitors which are basically connected to my interface and the interface to my MacBook where I play the music. I would like to record with my phone and have a Rode nt1-a mic. So the connection will be Maonocaster to my phone (with it I ll be recording to the platform), headphones and mic and then I have to connect my interface where I have connected my MacBook and studio monitors? Is there anyway we can do a one on one set up of this…because I’m doing everything your doing I can hear myself thru the headphones I can hear the voice change an the gunshots,laughter, ect….BUT when I go to play it back I can only hear my regular voice no mixer sound at all!! Were you using an iPhone to record with a lightning audio adapter? If so most of the issue is the adapter if it’s not from apple store. Like the adapter i bought from Amazon, it did not work for Recording/Streaming as it’s for headphone adapter only. If not from apple store make sure it’s the lightning adapter that has mic function as well. If you’re using an android device, make sure cables are properly plugged in and you may try removing your phone case then plug the cable to the headset port of your android phone connected to POD 1 or 2 or 3 off the maonocaster.

Thank you for your tutorial. I followed your instructions however when I plug in my headset, I only hear the music on my left ear. When I press all the sound effects even my voice, I can hear it on both sides. Is it normal that I only hear the music in one ear? Thank you.
It’s not normal. Try connecting the music using Bluetooth. If you’re using the TRRS cable (with 3 lines on both ends) to connect the source of the music, try wiggling and inserting it properly. You might have to remove casing if needed.

I have this device, but when I connect the mobile phone and want to sing in the video, the echo sound does not come out in the video or music, as if it is a normal sound in the video with the sound card. What's the solution?
Thanks for the support. If the music was recorded and vocal has less echo, try lowering the music volume. Have you tried setting echo to the max. Also try using the next vocal mode which is the POP (Effect button).
Will this work with a dynamic microphone (with a booster) such as the Shure SM7B?

Yes you can listen through your laptop speaker. It might feedback when mic is used, just watch out. When connected to a laptop, instead of selecting Maono as your speaker, select built in speaker of your laptop.
@@jenuds Interesting, when I try to check or test my MIC, the laptop does not recognize the vocal. It shows green as active in the sound setting for record but slightly grey. The playback shows both maono as well as laptop playback and i have tried dissabling maono

Connecting an external speaker or BT speaker/earphone, these are only for monitoring. Once you had set all the audio level, you can record to mobile provided it’s connected to the live port of the sound card. If you have no earphone or external speaker, you can record directly. I suggest record a short one then check the recorded audio output then adjust then record again until you set the desired audio level.

Are you using an iPhone with lightning adapter? Perhaps the adapter is the issue as not all works. Most are only as headphone adapter and won’t work for streaming. I got mine from Apple Store.

Use 3.5mm trs cable male on both ends. Connect from headphone port of laptop to AUX port of the Maonocaster lite. I hope you’re using the right phone usb c or lightning adapter as not all works for Recording/Streaming.

Can’t really recommend a mic as I do not have many microphones. I used Zingyou bm 800 condenser mic in this video. If you can connect a mixer to this sound card, for sure Rode NT1A mic is better. Rode NT1 A works also if connected directly.
Are you using some sort of vocal booster for the MIC that does not come with Maonocaster ?
No additional equipment or booster used. I directly connected as you can see my BM 800 mic to the mic port of this Maonocaster Lite.
I purchased one for fun. This little system is great for pre-record your videos, BUT not going live. Warning! Your music input will not work while live streaming (the sound/music) is faded, like far away; I can't hear it. Live streaming is just for mic, no sound pre installed effects work while live streaming nor does the music input (regardless if it is connected by Bluetooth or 3.55) This was testes on my ticktok live stream. Good for pre-record videos only.
I am not 100% sure for Tiktok Streaming coz I can’t really do na test as I am not qualified to go live. But I think it should work. I’m not sure what connection you did. However I’m 100% sure this works for Facebook and You Tube streaming as I tested it. Here are the videos as proof.

I do appreciate your response. I have an account on tiktok with over 100k followers. I only use it for fun. Last night, I tried to live streaming using the maono caster. Everything worked except sound effects (clapping, cheering, etc...) and the music input. No one could hear the music or the sound effects. The microphone worked perfectly. So this makes me believe it's a ticktok issue. That's my guess. Everything was connected correctly. 3 hours of trying to fix it and emailing tiktok.
Sorry to hear that. As I said I can’t go live stream on Tiktok as I am not qualified. So you could be right. You should try FB live, and if it work on Fb and won’t work on tiktok, then your theory must right.
@Jenuds stuffs Indeed. I could go on FB to test and mostly will. You did mention the loop back option. Should I try the loop back option even though I am setting up two phones? One connected to tiktok, the other connected for music?
@@edwarddibello7348 As far as I know loop back has to be turn on if you’re doing live streaming from a computer and at the same time music is from the laptop so your viewers can hear the music you’re playing. But if you’re streaming from an phone as you said, it shouldn’t matter unless you’re using stream yard or something else. So if you’re streaming from a phone, that phone is connected to live 1 or 2 or 3 while your music is connected to the aux in or via Bluetooth. Did you make sure not to turn on the side chain as it lowers your music volume as you talk

Yes. The button that says Music Only. It depends on the song being uploaded to sites. Some songs, output is great but some are awful. Best to use a karaoke song instead.

Is there record volume knob on high? Can you hear it on your earphone? When you livestream or recording try using the voice changer, if you your voice did not change then you need the right phone otg adapter.

I had noticed the effect sound is quite loud when doing live stream. I had tried to press and hold opening button to reduce the volume to the minimal but during live stream it is still quite loud. Is there anyway to further reduce the effects volume?

I have not tried connecting it yet to Ableton live. The name is Maono AU200. If it doesn’t read, perhaps you need to use another application. I’ll be making a video on it once I figured it out.

If there is no echo on your recording but you can hear it on your earphone, then your your phone is not connected to the sound card at all. You should buy an original adapter as some of them are only for listening but not won’t work for Recording.

Sorry I can't really test on them as I do not have those kinds of microphones. I should they should be good as they're both maono microphones to pair with the Maonocaster lite Console.

Did you make sure the adapter you used is compatible to your phone? If not it might work as headphone adapter but will not work for Recording. Other option is to use a usb c camera adapter then usb c to usb c cable to connect to the otg port of maono lite

It looks like PM420 does not have a headphone port on the mic. If I’m right, unfortunately Up can’t connect that to a sound card. I do not know yet. What adapter to need to need them. How to record everything what you showed, on the Computer. What when the battery dies fully, can one replace it or will the device work on DC/AC power.
Here is.a video connecting to a laptop. For recording just open the camera of your laptop then start recording. Connections are the same. Battery is built in, not sure if you can replace it. Connecting to a computer also charges the battery. Or you can charge same how we charge phone using a power block.

Good day po. I followed all the instructions on this video and I can’t get the condenser mic recorded on my iphone 12. Regular voice pa din. I also tried it on my android phone and it’s the same. I can only hear the condenser microphone on my headset/monitor. Please help.
Check if the RECORD volume is on high. If yes, but still no audio on your recording/ streaming, most likely it’s the phone adapter issue as some adapters like the ones I bought from other store you can only hear all effects but will not work for Recording/Streaming. I bought my lightning and usb c adapter from the Apple Store and that’s what I’m using for my videos. If you can’t buy from Apple Store try adapter which supports calling coz someone commented before that’s the other option.
What is the output spearer is for? I tried doing it and I cant seem to be able to figure how to remove the audio feedback. the high pitch sound.
Output port is for connecting an external speaker-could be portable or big speakers. S per experience, audio feedback happens if mic is pointing or close to the external speaker. If you not like thin or high pitch sound, try lowering the HI volume knob and the Echo volume.

In my opinion, a few factors causes it. The more connections you have the more possible you will hear it. Grounded cables, electrical interference, not enough power supply and sometimes charging while in use.

Using the Samsung s24 ultra. No earphone port. So using an adaptor. Connected to the pod port. Can do live stream but can't do phone recording. How to rectify?
I bought my usb c to 3.5mm adapter from the Apple Store. Not sure yet what other brand works. Most of these adapters are only for you to hear but will not with for recording or streaming. Adapter from Apple Store should work for Recording or Streaming coz that’s the one I have.

I did not use any app or software to record song to my iPhone. Simply open built in camera then video, then record as I showed on My video. But you might need an adapter that works. From Apple Store sure will work as the one i bought from Amazon did not work for Recording, only serves as a headphone adapter not for recording.

Nice video! It's so helpful! I hv tried recording songs without the speakers and with another device, but it's only recording my voice, not the karaoke music. BTW, I didn't use the customized sound effects for recording. Can you help with this please?
Yes for recording a song, you do not need a speaker. To record you should use the cable that has 3 lines on both ends to connect to your phone phone recording (output 1 or 2 or 3 of the sound card to your phone) and another cable with 3 lines on both ends to connect from Music input of the sound card to the other device for the karaoke music. Of course you connect your mic then a headset or headphone. Just make sure the RECORD volume knob is on high a swell as the Music.
I am having a issue with the sound effects. When using audacity on the computer, I can record audio but the sound effects aren't recording ( just dead air). But if I use the phone to record the sound effects will record. Any idea what I can do to fix this?
I presumed maono is connected to you computer via usb c to usb type a. If so try this. if you're trying to record sound effects to the maono, turn on loop back then start recording.

I would like to connect my studio active monitors which are basically connected to my interface and the interface to my MacBook where I play the music. Is there anyway we can do a one on one set up of this…because I’m doing everything your doing I can hear myself thru the headphones I can hear the voice change an the gunshots,laughter, ect….BUT when I go to play it back I can only hear my regular voice no mixer sound at all!! Were you using an iPhone to record with a lightning audio adapter? If so most of the issue is the adapter if it’s not from apple store. Like the adapter i bought from Amazon, it did not work for Recording/Streaming as it’s for headphone adapter only. If not from apple store make sure it’s the lightning adapter that has mic function as well. If you’re using an android device, make sure cables are properly plugged in and you may try removing your phone case then plug the cable to the headset port of your android phone connected to POD 1 or 2 or 3 off the maonocaster.
@@jenuds thanx for the feedback honestly…it actually was a male lighting jack messing me up…I went n switched it out for a female input lighting connector…all of a sudden everything is recording n playing back!!! Thanx for your input tho very much appreciated!!💯❤️

Thank you for your tutorial. I followed your instructions however when I plug in my headset, I only hear the music on my left ear. When I press all the sound effects even my voice, I can hear it on both sides. Is it normal that I only hear the music in one ear? Thank you.
It’s not normal. Try connecting the music using Bluetooth. If you’re using the TRRS cable (with 3 lines on both ends) to connect the source of the music, try wiggling and inserting it properly. You might have to remove casing if needed.
@@jenuds Actually, I figured it out. I did not press MUSIC ONLY. After pressing it, I can hear it in both ears.
