@@deaw87do physical therapy for that. I did and it’s fine now. I’m older than you. It’s actually a muscle in your calf that when massaged and stretched will give you relief. Don’t let them do surgery!

@@deaw87 find a good physio; who will bandage it tight, only you won't be able to drive or walk. It worked for me. Second time I got it I had accupuncture and it resolved after the first session. A ballerina gave me this exercise years ago but I had stopped doing it. PUT YOUR FEET FLAT ON THE FLOOR AND CURL YOUR TOES BACK PULLING THEM TOWARDS YOUR HEEL. You can even do it whilst sitting/standing and wearing shoes. Apparently people with flat feet and those whose jobs require a lot of standing; like nurses, firemen and doctors suffer a lot with it It's caused by inflammation of the fascia muscles. I use alternative therapist for any muscular condition and avoid doctors. It's always tablets or surgery. Saw an Osteopath for my sciatica and it resolved on second. treatment. Medical doctor removed me from his list because I refused a third lot of anti inflammatory tablets which I knew damages ones stomach.

it was awesome, but not entirely new and not original, that joke has been around for over 25 years.. and the Hannibal bit was rather predictable, but I loved his deliverance and his audience isn't exactly cosmopolitan, so I get that they sing high praises. As they should. He was very good.

Laughed out loud for the first time in years at a comedian. I am dating at 67 and this was the total truth. My aunt is dating at 80. She met a man "garlicguy" was his handle. He turned to her and said "you know what I am looking for" and she thought he was going to say "you" and he said, "a younger woman". She said to him, why would a younger woman date an 80 year old. He says "well look at Rod Stewart", talk about delusional........ so true.

When you're 50, you're ready 'to cut a deal', but by the time you're 60, you're glad you didn't. You reach a state of serenity and acceptance. Which is a lot cheaper.
That was pretty much my time frame, by about 55 I just lost interest just wasn't worth it. Watching friends divorce, some over and over, screwed out of their homes, savings and pensions, supporting children that live on the otherwise of the country. And it's quiet and peacefull, if you make it to 60 you will be glad you did

I was widowed at 54 so when I got back out into the dating scene, I never let a man take me to dinner for awhile because I knew they expected desert and I wasn't serving!! So, it was just coffee and chatting. I tried the dating sites and when I met one guy, he said, "you look just like your picture"...I said, "you don't". Most of them didn't. If they lie to you before they meet you, what do you expect if you should have a relationship with them? Ladies and gents, think about that.
The biggest relief of my life was when I stopped forcing myself to date! It was abject torture. If I'm meant to be with someone, they will turn up. Otherwise I'm going to enjoy my life.

That was pretty much my time frame, by about 55 I just lost interest just wasn't worth it. Watching friends divorce, some over and over, screwed out of their homes, savings and pensions, supporting children that live on the otherwise of the country. And it's quiet and peacefull, if you make it to 60 you will be glad you did

So, it was just coffee and chatting. I tried the dating sites and when I met one guy, he said, "you look just like your picture"...I said, "you don't". Most of them didn't. If they lie to you before they meet you, what do you expect if you should have a relationship with them? Ladies and gents, think about that.
The biggest relief of my life was when I stopped forcing myself to date! It was abject torture. If I'm meant to be with someone, they will turn up. Otherwise I'm going to enjoy my life.
